Wow! Fantastic history, architecture and gardens make this a must see. Immerse yourself in this historic place and appreciate the aspirations behind its construction. No cultural trip to this region of Spain is complete without a visit here. Best to book tickets in advance either online or via booking agency to skip the queue's. Pack a picnic with plenty of drinks and make a whole day of it, you'll be amazed!

2 Pl. Balcón de EuropaIf you need a seaside fix this is a great place to visit. Tourist town but retains its old Spanish charm. Plenty of good beaches to choose from with great water sports. Lots of great places to eat, drink or shop. A little over an hour from our villa.

It has been described as the Jewel of the Tropical Coast due to the expansive white pueblo over the Gran Peñón (large rock) and the amazing profile of its Spanish-Moorish fortress between the valley and the sea.
