There are so many restaurants to choose from where you get off the Las Olas stop (#1) , like the famous Cheesecake Factory or if you feel like grabbing a bite or cocktail with amazing waterfront views such as ''The Boathouse at the Riverside'' at reasonable prices.

Winterfest boat parade
The winterfest boat parade on the intracoastal will pass by the building where you’ll be staying on December 11th 2021. Up to 4 people can stay in the condo on that night and enjoy a scenic view of the boat parade. Viewing of the boat parade from the areas in and and around the building will be reserved for guests only.
