Only a short drive from East Boise is the calm beach at Sand Point. This beach is great for young kids as the water is very mellow and shallow. Bring a towel and some sunscreen!

Book a private tub, the large general tub, a relaxing massage, sit in the various steam rooms and enjoy being served food and drinks by friendly staff.

There is a ton of outdoor activities to do, or walk around the shops, hang out at the public beach, or grab a fancy cocktail at The Shore Lodge. During the winter there is also the Winter Carnival, which includes a ice sculpture carving competition that can't be missed!
