Here is museum same place that Hallgrímskirkja, at Hallgrímstorg 3, The Einar Jónsson museum. From Freyjugata is garden with all the best statues from the sculpture, Einar Jónsson, free inside the garden. I often go there to sunbathing in summertime if and when it's sun.

Sólfarið or: Sun Voyager. It's just 7 minutes from home, walk down Frakkastígur to the see side and you will see it.

Here you can go straight upside, tell people downstairs, that you are going to visit the coffee place upstairs, then you have great view. But you cant go to great museums here too, like Glaciers and Ice Cave. And more and more. 30 minutes walk there, or 2 km, but you can take taxi.

Very good pool just 5 minutes walk from my home, Sundhöllin, Barónsstígur 45. This is the way we Icelander do something to relax. The hut tubs are so good, plenty of them. Not just for swimming in pool, you relax and enjoy in hot tubes.

Blue Lagoon - geothermal. Very, very nice and natural. It's 50 minutes drive from Reykjavík. Trip there cost entrance and bus, expensive and you have to make appointment. Cost is around 130 euros both entrance and bus or 137 USD summer 2022, cheapest way to do it. Then you can have more expensive.

Food hall is in the end of Laugavegur, name: Mathöllin Hlemmur - many very good restaurants, cheaper but not much service, but very good when you are solo traveler, I'm solo traveler sometimes, when kids are not with me.
