Perfect place to spend a day for fun activities. There is a 9 mile loop paved trail along the lake. Views of the lake from this trail are amazing.

The bar is really pretty on the inside. There's no servers so you order everything directly at the bar. The staff was super nice and warm, I loved their attitude. The food was good too. They open until late which is pretty convenient when you're a traveler. It's a bit in the pricey side but you will get your money's worth.

I think this is one of the best spots to view the Golden Gate bridge. Amazing view of the bridge, Alcatraz island etc. Do make sure to check the weather before visiting. If it's sunny or clear, you are in for a treat. If you are going on a weekend, finding a parking spot can be an issue, but is manageable.
