Jaco is the nearest beach from San Joaquin Heredia, it's approximately a 1.5 hr drive. Once you’re on the coast side, you can visit other beaches like: Playa Hermosa, Quepos, among others. There is also Manuel Antonio, which is one Costa Rica’s most famous national parks.
