The Rose Wine Bar is one of my two favorite restaurants in South Park. Everything on their menu is delicious. I highly recommend the pizza and salads.
This is, in my humble opinion, the best Italian restaurant in San Diego, and it is a block from my place. I'm a big fan of their gnocchi with pink sauce (1/2 tomato and 1/2 white sauce).

Every Captain has his drink… Captain Kirk shares his private stock of freshly brewed coffees & teas, fresh fruit smoothies and acai bowls teeming with organic berries & fruit juices, granola, honey, coconut or agave. Try the "King Crimson" coffee-it's my favorite!

Del Sur Mexican Cantina has quality Mexican food at a reasonable price. They are kid friendly, vegetarian friendly and even dog friendly (on the patio). I love their potato tacos.

Balboa Park is one of the most iconic places in San Diego with many fantastic museums. I highly recommend Panama 66 restaurant. Definitely worth the time to visit.
