Run by a Top Chef contestant and they take reservations. Food is served family style. Pricey (good place to take people if someone else is paying :P). The restaurant is downtown and has really nice views. We took fam there last week, and everyone enjoyed it. Another swanky Portland restaurant with a view: Portland City Grill
