從連接人形町站和水天宮站的人形町通，再垂直延伸的“甘酒横丁”是一條充滿下町風情的街道。明治時代，在横丁的入口有了一間賣日本甜酒叫“尾張屋”的店舖，因此這裡被命名為“甘酒横丁”。 在這街道上還有日本三弦店和鯛魚燒等等商店。您到這裡可以享受古早美好時代的下町風情。現在，已經沒有“尾張屋”，但您在賣豆腐的“雙葉商店”可以喝日本甜酒。
