This over-garage studio has a private entrance, a queen-sized bed, a futon, gas fireplace, kitchenette & bathroom. There is a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffeemaker & toaster but no oven/stovetop. There is a small gas grill available May-Oct. We have beautiful mountain views & are located 10 minutes from downtown. NOTE: Our driveway is long and steep. 4WD/AWD vehicles are often needed to safely get up our driveway in the winter. Also, you will hear the garage door when it opens & closes.

Our South Portland in-law suite is on a private floor & has its own private entrance at the back of the house. It is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom space with a fully stocked kitchenette and free parking. You'll love being only a 5 minute walk from Willard Beach and walking distance to 2 different lighthouses: Spring Point and Bug Light. You'll also be a 10 minute drive to Old Port. North Conway Village Chalet, Studio, Walk downtown

We retired several years ago and moved to N. Conway Village. This house was hand built by Otto Scholl who was a ski instructor at Cranmore Mt. back in the 50s. He worked with Hannes Schneider who is famous in N. Conway. Otto built the house with three units which he used for friends and family when they visited from Austria. In this unit we cannot accommodate pets. This unit has been renovated and was updated last year. It's very comfortable and when family is not up, we rent it.

Tabby's West Side is a one-bedroom suite, in a renovated 1880s farmhouse, with a beautiful stream running through the property. Ideal for couples, solo adventurers and those looking for a great place to relax. Not your typical IKEA inspired Airbnb. We close for the winter season, and reopen in June.
