Enjoy an idyllic Cornish break in Penwith providing a gateway to the beautiful sandy beaches of West Cornwall. The studio is within easy walking distance of a range of restaurants, bars and cafes. Hayle is located centrally enabling great links to visit the surrounding area. The studio is attached to the main residence but offers privacy with parking (EV charging), own private entrance and enclosed decked area to the rear enabling you to soak up the Cornish Sunshine after a busy day exploring.

Chy Noweth ,a peaceful escape with parking

Chy noweth is part of my home with a private back door entrance with a key safe on the outside wall. The space inside is totally private and for your use only. The patio area is for your use and the garden area is shared with myself. There is a kettle and coffee machine in the small utility area as well as a under counter fridge. I will supply tea, coffee ,biscuits and milk for your arrival. There are no cooking facilities but restaurants are plentiful in nearby St. Ives , Hayle and Marazion.

Close to the stunning Gwithian and Godrevy surfing beaches. The spacious open plan has a fully fitted kitchen, ample comfy seating,a breakfast bar, smart t.v.,WiFi and a separate bathroom with walk in shower. Outside there is ample private parking and a patio area with seating that affords the afternoon and evening sun.
