A picturesque quaint little 1 bedroom cottage tucked away in a small hamlet, perched alongside a stream, in the middle of beautiful countryside but a stones throw away from the market town of Saltash and Plymouth further afield. Enjoy a drink in the enclosed courtyard, whilst the stream runs beneath you, or have dinner in the private conservatory dining room, followed by a bath in the roll top bath. The location is handy if you enjoy walking, beaches, country parks and fishing villages - or are visiting family & friends or HMS Raleigh, which is nearby. This quiet countryside spot is also ideal if all you want to do is sit and relax.

A small and cosy annexe, in the heart of Saltash. We are a 10 minute walk from the main bus stop and 15 minutes from the train station. Formerly our garage, the space is small but fitted out to a high standard. We aim to provide as luxurious an experience possible, in the space we have available. We offer off road parking on our sloping drive for a medium sized car or there is free, level parking on the road outside. We also have a secure back garden for bikes.

The spot has been in the owners family since the 1920s. Recently undergoing a full makeover we as a family are very proud to share it with you.

The Rocket House is an old fisherman's store right across the road from Portwrinkle beach. A cosy, one-bedroom cottage with an open plan kitchen, diner and sitting room with a large window that looks over the sea. Across the road the beach is perfect for rock-pooling, swimming and a day on the sand. Perfect for that intimate getaway, cuddled up in the cottage with simply breath-taking scenery on your doorstep.
