In stayed for a long weekend with my family. The house was lovely and perfect for me as the children could play in the conservatory. The garden was lovely and my boys really enjoyed being outside and playing. House was lovely and I would stay again.

The Old Farmhouse was one of the best equipped Airbnbs that we have ever stayed in. We particularly loved the hot tub and the four ponies/donkeys. Although you can walk around the fields surrounding the house, you have to drive to Finchingfield for food and drink etc. We had a Sainsbury’s supermarket delivery which worked well.

We stayed at forestry cottage for the weekend for my mums 70th birthday. The cottage was so homely and comfortable and a really good size for 7 people. Hosts were very accommodating and responsive, little touches like doggy treats and supplies (we bought our family dog) and balloons, party poppers and a happy birthday banner was left for my mum which was a really nice touch! The cottage is set in the most beautiful/peaceful place with decent walks around the lake. All in all we had a very lovely stay, would 100% recommend.

Lovely house and location, was ideal for all ages in the party. Amenities were very good and enjoyed using the hot tub. Slight problem finding the house when following the satnav but was able to contact the host quickly who gave perfect directions. would recommend to anyone wanting to visit the area.

We spent the weekend here for my sister in laws hen do and it was just perfect! From the moment I booked until the moment I confirmed we’d checked out and left, the service and communication given by Amanda was second to none. The house and area was amazing, the hot tub, garden, bedrooms, kitchen, everything was just perfect and we had the most wonderful stay! I would defo recommend others to stay here, especially when the weather is glorious as we spent most of our time in the garden and in the hot tub! Thanks Amanda and Adam, you were great hosts x

Sarah’s place was a great place to stay. We visited as a group of friends and the grounds were a real highlight - including the lake and hot tub! The mezzanine bedroom is fully private. Would recommend!

A great stay in beautiful surroundings. The accommodation had everything we needed and great facilities on site. Only downside was there is no shop on site

Outstanding hosts. We were super happy to stay with them for a second time! The welcome basket was a really thoughtful gesture and the extra touches like robes and slippers were very helpful.

We loved our stay at Pea Cottage. There were lots of beautiful dog walks straight from the property and the stunning Burghley House a few minutes away by car. Great pub food at the nearby White Hart in Ufford and the very easy on the eye town of Stamford a 10 minute drive away. We could have done with an extra night or two so will be back to explore further and to enjoy the peace and tranquillity this property offers. Andrew was super helpful and responsive so cannot fault our stay. Thank you.

We loved our stay at Andy’s place with our parents and our 2 young children. It is in a beautiful and peaceful village. The cottage is really quirky, clean and cosy - had everything we needed for our stay, Andy has thought of lots of extra details which make it a really enjoyable stay. Everything is easy to find and use with Andy’s helpful notes and labels. We really loved the toys and games for the kids so this kept them entertained! we were lucky with the weather our stay we used the lovely little garden a lot which is private and a nice wee suntrap, also has the added bonus of the sauna which was brilliant. Andy was really friendly and helpful upon check in and out and quick communication if we needed anything. Would really recommend a stay here and we will definitely return if back in the area. We had such a lovely stay here. The place is really private and peaceful, but still offers the kind of comfort and service you’d expect from a luxury hotel. You MUST (!) try the room service food at least once. On the first morning there was a basket of fresh eggs by the door! I truly admire the attention to the details and high professionalism of Gil and his team to create this little luxury hideaway. There are also chickens, donkeys, and goats on the property that you can feed, which made the whole experience feel even more special and down-to-earth. Honestly, it was the perfect mix of nature, comfort, and thoughtful touches. Would definitely recommend!

I am a returning guest for the best part of a year and a half. Every stay is as good as the last. Sharon is a wonderful host and nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommended 👍🏻

Sojourned at Mila's over the NYE to get away from the hustle and bustle. The cottage is charming and it is located in a peaceful village. Incredibly clean, cosy and characteristic of the Cambridgeshire countryside. Mila was professional and accommodating and the place was set up with everything that one would require! It was an enjoyable and comfortable stay.

A fabulous property in a lovely location. The house was immaculate with everything you could want in a kitchen, big squishy sofa, comfy bed and a beautiful little garden. Rachel was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. I have allergies and Rachel was so kind to clean with products I can tolerate, which I really appreciated. We had a lovely time and hope to book again soon.

We really enjoyed our stay at Liz’s beautiful thatched cottage. The rooms were comfortable, and the kitchen and bathroom were both well stocked. We enjoyed a delicious meal at the Chequered Skipper, which is just across the street. We met lots of people walking dogs, and the views out of the cottage are of gorgeous fields and trees. The peacocks were a fun, unusual addition, but bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper! They can be loud if they visitor your garden. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

A lovely place to stay, beautiful countryside and the cottage is behind a security door, so felt very safe. Plus we were able to leave our bikes in the courtyard area, or under cover by the entrance door. We brought all our own food, so can't comment on the local pub etc. The cottage was very cold at first: heating is controlled by the host, and thermostat is in the main house, so not reading the temperature in the cottage. When we finally asked for more heating, David did provide a second electric radiator which was perfect, and also boosted the radiator heating. The stone floor was very cold, glad we brought slippers! It's probably great in hot weather. The bathroom was very good, shower worked well and plenty of towels available. Bedroom had an amazing amount of wardrobe space! The kitchen was well equipped, apart from very few implements (like scissors and knives) and we liked the full size fridge freezer. Parking space was off-road and very safe. I would definitely book again.

Loved staying here. It was a beautiful place and perfect for our family of four. Even cooked Christmas dinner in the kitchen there.

I was very impressed with Manor Cottage which was clean, comfortable and very peaceful. It is set in the semi formal garden of the Manor House which leads onto open county side with well marked public footpaths/access. Daniel and Angela were very responsive and got back to me on any queries I had straight away. It has all the facilities that are needed in addition to private use of the pool and Shetland ponies, chickens and ducks which you can visit if you wish! I will definitely visit again. I only wish there were more bedrooms so I could share how lovely this place is with more of my family/friends.

Only needed for 1 night to attend a funeral nearby. Carol was very accommodating even though she was not going to be around as usual. Communication was great throughout.
