Flatlet by the sea

The house overlooks the Irish sea facing south/south west at the front and overlooking a tennis court (public) and golf course at the rear. Views are special with great walks on your doorstep. The house is a 15 minute walk to the village centre and under 10 minutes brisk walk to the local Pub. The suite is on the ground floor at the rear of the house with its own access. Small Inflatable beds can be provided for up to 2 at a small extra charge. Food available on a self service basis as agreed.

Margaret is our fantastic shepherd’s hut

Our cute and cosy shepherd's hut gives you the best of both worlds. Hidden in a green oasis next to a waterfall and near the beach, the hut is just a short walk from Laxey's pubs, restaurants and shops. Our hut has a full size double bed with a proper premium mattress, a bathroom with all the facilities and a fully equipped living area that gives cooking, eating and sitting space. Our hut is a tiny house, not a big tent- all that you need is cleverly fitted into a stylish, cosy hideaway for two.

The Witches Mill - a magical historic landmark

Once known as the Witches Mill, this historic landmark was the hub for British witchcraft and magic long before Rowling, Potter, and Hogwarts. Now transformed from a ruined mill tower into a stunning four-storey cottage, it features four bedrooms and a glass rooftop offering breathtaking views of the island’s southern landscape. The interior is thoughtfully designed to evoke a sense of mystery and enchantment, making it a perfect getaway for those who appreciate a touch of the extraordinary.

The hot tub by the waterfall-inclusive facilities

Located just south of the center of the island, this comfortable and spacious retreat boasts a 12 seater wood burning hot tub (private, hot when you arrive, and electrically heated overnight), gym, and firepit, in the secluded social area next to the river at the rear. With the TT course a mile north, and shops and pub 1/3 mile south, its the perfect retreat from watching the racing or exploring the island. NB: All amenities free to use, including the tub & wood for the burner & firepit.

Self-contained studio annex on Douglas riverside

Ideal if you love peaceful countryside location with wild birds and rabbits yet want to be a walking distance to shopping and entertainment, or TT course. Good base for exploring the island, with private parking and easy access to bus and train station, as well as footpaths. Dolls House annex has private entrance and outdoor sitting/dining area. Cooked breakfast may be provided at request although many delicious eateries are only a 10 min walk. Self check-in. Strictly no smokers.

Kerroobeg Cottage, Kerrowkeil

Kerroobeg is an original Manx cottage in a remote and beautiful situation.  Its elevated position gives Kerroobeg commanding views over the southern coastline and South Barrule to the rear.  This 4 star cottage has two bedrooms, large lounge / dining room, spacious, full-equipped kitchen, and a stunning oak framed sunroom. There is a large garden and plenty of off-road parking. The surrounding countryside is ideal for walkers, cyclists and bird watchers

Our studios are perfect to relax and enjoy the peaceful countryside. You'll be surrounded by rolling hills, lush green fields, and plenty of fresh air. Inside, you'll find a comfortable living space with a kitchenette, twin beds (some of the studios have doubles), and a private bathroom. We provide all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including linens, towels, and kitchenware. Enjoy the views while taking a nice stroll !

The Studio

Detached studio apartment finished to a very high standard. It’s comfortable, spacious, quiet and unique. With plenty of private off-road parking, steam room, double Juliette balconies and beautiful views. In the heart of Ramsey. A 5 minute walk to the TT course (if that’s your thing!). Ideal for walkers, cyclists, car and of-course motorbike enthusiasts . We have the Sulby river on our door step too!

Quiet Corner Cottage

Designed for two, this apartment offers a wonderful sense of light and space with its open-plan kitchen and its bedroom with patio doors leading onto the cottage gardens. This peaceful and tranquil accommodation has comfortable furnishings throughout and with its wide doors and spacious areas, offers access to disabled guests if required. The bed in the bedroom is King-sized.

Reayrt y Vaie

A spacious modern 4th Floor apartment with stunning sea views. A large living area and kitchen with two separate bedrooms. The master room has a king size bed, the twin has two single beds. The apartment is serviced by a lift and has parking at rear of apartments and if this is full usually plenty of parking at front of the property on the prom.

Modern 2 bed furnished apartment (Wi-fi + Netflix)

Relax in this calm, stylish space close to the town centre (approx 15 mins walk) and less than a minute from the prom. Close to a small supermarket, cinema, gym and various takeaways. Also suitable for short term relocation/corporate lets. Please contact me for details as all dates post September currently showing as blocked but may be available.

Private Annex

My annex was recently built and is finished to a very high standard. It is fully insulated with underfloor heating and is equipped with everything you may need to make your stay comfortable. The annex is located to the rear of my property which is within a highly desirable area of Douglas and is extremely quiet and private.
