The Pelican Perch

This beach house has a relaxing view of Florida pines from the back door, and the beach a few steps from the front of the home. The home comfortably sleeps 10 (6 adults and 4 children). A pack-n-play is available. There is a full kitchen with all the necessities. There is also an outdoor kitchen with a grill. The property has a fenced in yard for your dog and children to run and play. There is a downstairs shower to rinse off. There is a fish cleaning station as well. The house has 3 TVs.

You are only minutes from St. James Golf club, Carrabelle (7 miles away with public beach), St. George Island, Panacea and Apalachicola. Swimming not recommended (more like a bay).
