I had been staying here for 2 weeks and extended for another week. Again, just a great stay with very communicative hosts.

The condo was perfect for the venue we were attending that was a 4 min walk! Kathryn was a great host and very nice and friendly. We would definitely stay there again if the need comes! Thank you for a great weekend!

Of all of the other locations where I’ve stayed, this was the most well stocked. Host even provided emergency toothbrushes and toothpaste!!

Ocean Minded is a great spot! Centrally located to all of the fun York Beach has to offer. Place is beautiful, spacious and clean. As stated in the description, we were able to hear the muffled music from the second floor restaurant but with a white noise maker sleeping was no problem.

Took the whole family here for a winter weekend to celebrate my wife's 65th birthday. The waterfront views were great. The 2 floors allowed us to separate our 1 year old grand daughter from the rest of us (so we could sleep all night!). It was clean, easily large enough for 6 1/2 of us. Only 5-10 min from downtown Newburyport with all its shops and restaurants. Nice kitchen, place was spotless. Frankie stopped by for a few minutes to make sure we were settled in. Took one walk on the beach (it was 20F with wind!). This would be outstanding in better weather. Walked to the "whale skeleton", a wood sculpture that looks like a whale at a distance. We would gladly come again! Thanks for sharing it with us.

We had a great stay here! Location is perfect! Extremely dog friendly area, lots to see and do and very walkable. We’d love to return when it’s warmer! Gary’s place is beautiful and even nicer in person.

We recently stayed at this beautiful downtown Gloucester AirBNB for our niece’s wedding weekend and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect-right in the heart of downtown, making it easy to get to the wedding venue, the Beauport Hotel, and explore all that Gloucester has to offer. The two-bedroom unit was fully appointed with everything we needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to comfortable beds and plenty of space to relax. Our host was exceptionally helpful and attentive, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed and responding quickly to any questions. He was even kind enough to recommend places to enjoy breakfast and dinner. We highly recommend this unit for anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable stay in Gloucester.

Location could not be better. Park your car and walk everywhere — shops, restaurants, coffee shops, beach! Unit was clean and we had a great stay!

Great spot, close to everything. Nice fenced in backyard area for pets. Property was clean and well-appointed for a longer term stay. Hosts communicated well and responded quickly. Would definitely recommend and return !

Cute, comfy and convenient 3rd floor walk-up. Plus a nice little outdoors space/deck. I was happy with the condo. I rarely had to use my car for the 2 weeks I stayed there.

Had a girls weekend here at it was an amazing space! Host was super helpful in recommendations too! Spacious, bright and clean with anything you could need nearby. Would recommend to anyone wanting to spend time in Salem.

This was our third year staying here. The location is ideal for us, we have everything we need there and it is quiet and comfortable. Our host Debra was very quick to respond. When the microwave died, she immediately let us know that a new one would be installed the next day. We appreciated having such a responsive host!

Our family really enjoyed our long weekend at Donald’s place. The location is great, right in the middle of Marblehead, walkable to old town and the various shops and restaurants that dot the area— a great base for visiting friends and family on the north shore. We’ll definitely look to stay here again if available the next time we’re in the area.

We loved our stay! CONVENIENT!! Perfect for a small family or couple. Right across the street from the beach. Two lovely restaurants right next door, the general store for quick snacks. Walk to the town, park, arcade. The beach was lovely and the tide never came in too close! The rental was very clean, had everything you would need. View and sunrise were amazing. Allee was very responsive! Would definitely come back with my family!

Don't go to a beach town and not stay on the beach! Incredibly beautiful location! The apt was absolutely perfect, and the decor was the ideal New England beach setting! Big, roomy and with two baths- we never felt crowed. The kitchen was well stocked, so we felt right at home. The beach chairs and beach towels made getting to the beach easy. A question or two popped up and they got back with us immediately!

Our 2nd time staying and just as happy as we were w the first time. Love the beach when it’s not crowded…and the condo is perfect for a couple’s getaway. Close to lots of good options, casino (the Brook) and nice and peaceful. Came for the sunrise eclipse, but too overcast w clouds, but didn’t dampen our enjoyment. I had a great stay with a group of friends for the weekend and St Patrick’s parade . Brian was respectful, proactive, helpful and had quick responses.

We had a fantastic stay at Andrea’s place just south of Boston. The home was spotless, well-equipped, and exceeded our expectations in every way. Andrea was incredibly responsive and proactive, making check-in smooth and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The location was convenient and perfect for exploring the area. Had a lovely girls weekend at Jim's place and would not hesitate to book or stay here again. The view and being ocean front is worth the money and it is also walking distance to restaurants and shops which is very convenient. Jim was always quick to respond and communicate all the necessary details and I really appreciate this in a host. The apartment is very comfortable and has towels provided, bedding, full kitchen with Keurig AND a traditional coffee pot and really anything you could think of needing including board games for a rainy beach day. Thanks Jim!
