Two well-behaved dogs (not puppies) are welcomed at a cost of £30 per dog per stay. Avon Farm is a suitable for family's or quiet groups only. The cottage are only a few minutes’ drive from places of interest like Bath, Bristol, Wells, Cheddar Gorge and the Mendip Hills. Even the famous Cotswolds are only a 30 minute drive away. With many walks to choose from directly from the cottage it is also the perfect spot for nature lovers who would like to leave the car. The cottages are a within walking distance from Keynsham trainstation (free parking close by) and the town centre with lots of pubs, restaurants, shops and supermarkets.

You can enjoy Bath, a Unesco World Heritage city, its buildings, history and restaurants, visit the hustle and bustle of Bristol, explore the countless picture postcard villages, pubs and cafes or visit a range of National Trust properties. The Old Stable, between Bath and Bristol

Half way between Bath and Bristol is our charming and cosy eighteenth century newly renovated old stable. This unique space is the perfect retreat for two in a village location with Georgian Bath six miles in one direction and vibrant Bristol six miles in the other. And when you want to escape from the delights of these very different cosmopolitan centres there are many beautiful walks here on the edge of the Cotswolds to explore, with two lovely country pubs within walking distance.

Pretty annex with kitchen and private garden

This lovely annex has its own private entrance with a small fenced garden and patio area with table and chairs. There is one ensuite kingsize bedroom (or 2 singles) and a open plan kitchen with sofa bed (more suitable for children as no separate bathroom) There is parking outside. Our beautiful hamlet is very quiet with great walks from the door. We do run a working farm so you may occasionally hear that in action. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers.

Southville is a very popular part of Bristol and home to Upfest, which is Europe’s biggest street art festival. The accommodation itself is a self-contained part of our home with its own private entrance. Inside, you’ll find a bright and spacious bedroom with en suite shower room. Directly beneath in the basement is a lounge area with kitchenette.

Owl Cottage

This converted barn is one of three cottages situated at the end of a quiet lane on the family's working sheep farm in the picturesque village of Kelston. Although only ten drive minutes from the centre of Bath and 20 minutes from Bristol it is set in beautiful countryside surrounded by rolling hills. It is a cosy single storey property with a luxuriously large corner whirlpool bath, electric 'wood burning stove' effect fire and pretty wrought iron bed.
