Wonderful beaches are accessible within walking distance.The house is ideal for families, couples as well as people who want to have holidays and work in the same time. The original house of Flora! A family house built in 1895, refurbished and renovated with artistic details ideal for a family of 4 or 2 couples. Three minutes by foot from Samos central square, the local market and the port. The house has two floors. The upper floor can host up to 4 people in 2 bedrooms with view at the sea! The master bedroom has its own bathroom and balcony. The first floor consists of a big living room with a lounge and a dining area, a kitchen, a working room and a WC!

It is ideal for one or two individuals
