All amenities including a tiny kitchen and full patio. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers. This is one of two units on the duplex-type-property. 5 minutes walk to beach in a safe, quiet, and friendly neighborhood.

The OCEAN VIEW ESCAPE is just over one mile (just a five minute drive) to our famous T-Street beach, dozens of other amazing beaches and the main pier area. Our property offers a sweeping ocean view from the main living areas and rear patio and it is a clean, understated getaway with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. It is a very private beach cottage style house with open beam ceilings, and a double car garage and is close to everything you could ever want in the beach village of San Clemente.

Everyone will have plenty of space and privacy in this condo designed for up to four guests. Private balcony and full kitchen add to the open, home-like feel. All units are non-smoking. Keep heading south about 5 miles and be sure to spend some time in San Clemente, where the view of the pier never gets old! There are so many family friendy activities for all ages!
