We have Spectrum Cable, WiFi, Bluetooth Soundbar, heat and AC, 1 parking spot and free street parking. *Note: during Winter months, the city builds a sand berm front of homes. Please note, our property has stairs. The entrance is reached by walking up about 2 1/2 flights of stairs, and then once inside there are another 2 flights to reach the roof top deck. We think the view is worth it!
