This beautiful 1BR/1BA casita with a balcony located on the upper level. (lower unit available as separate listing) This beautiful property is 5 minutes north from the town center and is located directly on the river. This cozy casita is just over 300 square feet and includes a fully equipped kitchen with amenities including A/C, Wi-fi, safety box, private bathroom with hot water, living room with TV and balcony area. We have a caretaker that lives on the property as well.

Birdhouses a very unique place in the sunset side of the island, in front of water. Very private and in contact with nature. Wonderful place for star gazing or bird watching, provides with wifi, cable tv, ac, king size bed, balcony with table, two chairs and a hammock. Safe, spacious and airy bathroom with hot water and a small but fully equipped kitchenette. Bicycles included! If I am booked look for my sister houses Hummingbird or Pelican in Birdhouses!
