Studio in Exmouth Devon

Studio apartment in the lovely seaside town of Exmouth. The studio is a self contained space to the rear of our house, it has a living/sleeping space with a small kitchenette, breakfast bar and separate shower room. The town centre, local amenities, and train station are 5 minutes walk away. The beach likewise but in a different direction. Our household consists of a family of 4, 2 cats and a very friendly but large labradoodle. Keys are in a safe so you can come and go as you please :)

Wi-Fi in the caravan has been added this season 🎉 Our caravan is beautifully situated with sea views and side decking on Haven Devon Cliffs Caravan site. Access to lovely Sandy Beach and loads of entertainment for adults and children. Largish bathroom as well as 3 bedrooms and 2 toilets. All the facilities for self catering are available in the caravan but the site offers many food outlets to meet your family needs (incl. a shop). We also have DVDs, books and games to keep everyone occupied.

Enjoy staying in this well located one bedroom upside down house on the edge of the village of Lympstone. Walking distance to village pubs, shop, train station, estuary and cycle path. Downstairs there is a light airy bedroom with king size bed, a large en-suite shower room and access via patio doors to your own private garden and decked area. Upstairs is an open plan kitchen, dining and sitting room with 2 velux windows and door to the outside staircase. Parking in front of property.

Set in 110 acres of land on the beautiful Exe Estuary the thatched farmhouse dates from the 17th Century and is a quiet peaceful oasis but only a short stroll from the centre of Exmouth and the large expanse of golden sands of Exmouth beach. A short drive and you can experience the dramatic wonders of Dartmoor or Exmoor. The picturesque village of Lympstone with a number of great foodie pubs is just a stroll away along the Exe Trail which passes the front of the farm, so no need to drive!

Home From Home The lounge has a large corner sofa, colour smart TV, DVD player, Amazon Prime, Netflix, Disney+ and Paramount TV. The kitchen is fully equipped. The kitchen also comes with a microwave, air fryer, toaster, kettle and fridge/ freezer. Master bedroom has a double bed with wardrobe. The other two bedrooms have twin beds (that can be made into a double) and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and wash basin. There is also a second separate toilet and wash basin.
