Our cozy 1930's cottage sleeps up to 6. The open-concept living/dining area has a queen sleeper sofa adjacent to a full kitchen. The separate bedroom has a queen-size bed and is located next to a small bathroom with vanity, toilet and shower. A spiral staircase leads up to a lofted area that provides another space to get away and relax, with twin mattresses on 2 separate built-in platforms. Our neighborhood abuts the Peterson Nature Preserve and is located across the street from the Kalamazoo River. Downtown Saugatuck is a short walk away, and the beaches are an easy drive. Our adjacent one-bedroom guesthouse may also be available if more space is desired. A fence with a gate separates the two homes. Enjoy all the amenities inside and out. “A Step Away” guests receive a discount at our local stores. We’re dog-friendly with prior approval and fee.
