This was formerly a servant's quarters in a large colonial home on the third floor and accessed by a private stairway that leads from the first floor to the third floor. The living room and bedroom are both large with original wood floors and are appointed with a comfortable couch, chairs, full-sized bed, books, wall decorations, a big flat screen TV, private bathroom with tub and shower with all newer fixtures and there is also a small refrigerator and micro-wave. It is a totally private space.

One bedroom apartment near Boston and Salem.

Keep in mind this is a basement apartment and has its own private entrance around the back through the side alley next to the garage, does not have cooking capabilities, nevertheless, we have a microwave, Keurig coffee machine, and a small fridge. The first and second floor of the house is also an Airbnb. Parties are not allowed. Absolutely no smoking inside the apartment, smoking is permitted outdoors. The compact room has a full bed and is on the second floor, cozy and sunny. The room has two windows with blinds and blackout curtains, oak wood floor, window AC in the summer, two bed end tables, two lamps with USB charge ports, walk-in closet with a laundry basket, a table with with two chairs, a mirror, and a tower fan that can make white noise. This bedroom shares a full bathroom with the other second floor bedroom and a ground level room, which are also rented through AirBnb.
