Staying at Sycamore House this time round was a very emotional experience as I needed somewhere for myself and my family last minute due to a family bereavement and despite he late booking, Kate and Jane went out of their way to make it possible. It was wonderful to be able to stay in one of our favourite houses anywhere, as it feels so much like home and we could find peace looking at the beautiful garden and walking on the Westwood. Huge thanks to Kate and Jane can only recommend this as a wonderful place to spend some time.

We absolutley adored staying in Charlie's place for the week. We've been to many air bnb's but this was our favourite! Excellent location, so clean and honestly felt like a home from home for me, my husband and our 2 year old. Gorgeous outside decking area and easy walk into Pickering with easy parking just around the corner. We loved it and will definitely be back! Thanks ❤️

Diane’s caravan was beautiful and clean. The bedding smelt lovely and we noticed this as soon as walked in to the bedrooms. We had everything we needed for our stay. The caravan is only 20 minutes from the beach which we did a couple of times. We highly recommend and will hopefully return again. Thank you again for a relaxing break.

Had a fantastic stay here. A family of 4 (2 teen boys), my brother in law and 2 dogs. Great location - an easy walk into town and very quiet too. The host was super helpful and friendly. The accommodation was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The beds in particular were extremely comfortable - lovely fresh, clean and crisp white linen. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Whitby.

We had an amazing stay at the “seaside house”. The place is lovely and clean, it has everything you need, like home from home. It’s very close to a lovely dog friendly beach, excellent fish and chip shop and only a few minutes drive to Whitby. Jamie the host is fantastic, communication was great, and he also recommended places to walk with the dogs and good food spots. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Thanks Jamie for a lovely few days.

Very comfortable, spacious cottage with everything and more you need for a stay away from home - even our dog was catered for! Great to be able to walk to the RSPB centre and see puffins! Beds very comfortable with good quality linen. Lovely enclosed garden Would highly recommend. The only slight disappointment for us, which is no reflection on the property, is the local pub doesn’t accept dogs - shame.

Had a lovely few days at Little Hally. Easy 15 minute walk into York centre. House was lovely and clean, and the parking was a bonus. Good communication after a little hiccup at the start about a parking permit. We had a fabulous stay and would recommend to friends and family.

This the first time I’ve ever used an Air B&B Me and my wife were really pleased with the accommodation. It was really comfortable and cozy. Everything was there that you could wish for. It was very clean. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Host Jennifer has been very helpful and I would like to thank her for having such lovely accommodation. The sea front was literally 2 minutes away with beautiful views.

We had a comfortable and cozy break at Charlotte's Cottage. The grounds were the beautiful and perfect for our dog!

First time booking through airb&b, lovely house very clean and welcoming. Home from home feel as soon as you enter, great selection of toys and games to keep the kids entertained also a nice little welcome hamper was lovely on arrival. Host was very informative with all the details needed to make it all stress-free , Would highly reccomend booking cottage. Thank you joanne for a lovely stay.

Thanks so much - my parents really enjoyed the cottage - we were staying on a different cottage on The Bay and booked them this one. They said it was their favourite one so far (I think their 3rd visit to The Bay now). Loved the beach walks and a joy to be in Filey again.

We spent 2 nights at the apartment. Everything was as described. The location is fantastic within a beautiful holiday village and only 5 mins walk to the amazing never ending sandy beach which is absolutely perfect for your four legged friend. Filey is only 5 mins drive with lovely shops and restaurants and bustling Scarborough only a 15 mins drive. Will definitely be back!

Excellent accommodation but in the middle of what is in effect a large housing development and quite a walk down to the beach. Quality of food at local pub was poor, but provided you are willing to go off in the car there are lots of interesting places and great beaches nearby.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The host was friendly and responsive, making sure I had a smooth check-in and a pleasant experience overall. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Looking forward to staying here again in the future!

Lovely place for families. Peaceful and relaxed holiday. Walks on the beach and free access to the pool helped on rainy days. Waterpark at Scarborough was great. On-site shop was useful. Nearest EV fast charger is a Scarborough mc donalds. Filey was nice to explore. The on-site pub was very understaffed, I really felt for the staff,patrons were walking out.

We had a great few days at maytrees, was a good base for exploring Scarborough & Whitby with lots of amenities on the doorstep. Emma was helpful and easy to contact and we appreciated the welcome hamper after a long drive.

Irene was very helpful with communication and was very friendly over the phone. As for the chalet it was a lovely little place with very comfy beds will definitely be back thanks Tom

We cannot thank Simon and Lynne enough for the incredible stay that we had with them at their magical cottage. Every aspect of our experience exceeded our expectations. From the amazing communication, warm welcome, and truly breathtaking accommodation, we immediately felt at home and in relaxation mode. Everything was spotlessly clean and beautifully curated. The hot tub was immaculately cared for and offered welcome relaxation. The beds were so comfy and the bathrooms spotlessly clean. We simply couldn’t fault it. Thank you so very much for making our stay such a memorable one.

Beautifully appointed with a lovely relaxed feel. It was nice and clean throughout and we felt at home straight away. The double bed was amazingly comfortable as was the sofa. The hot tub was well maintained and we used it throughout our stay and the wifi was fast. Having the pub so close was very handy and it was great to have the garden center right next door. An ideal spot to walk the Trans Pennine Trail. One warning for those wanting to use public transport, the local buses do not stop at the site and you will have to walk from one of the villages either side. Melanie was very quick to get back to us on a query we had which was so helpful. We have had a fabulous time away in a home from home and would highly recommend.

So lovely. Bigger than we expected, lots of space. The garden looked like a fabulous place to sit; unfortunately we had some drizzly days, so didn't utilise it. Kitchen had all the tools needed. Great location. We walked to Falling Falls, 9 mile round trip. Close to Grosmont, Whitby and fabulous scenery.

Hi Zoe, we enjoyed our stay at Amber Cottage in Whitby, your cottage is beautifully clean, comfortable & fully equipped with everything we needed. Thank you for providing a lovely peaceful Cottage away but oh so close to everything Whitby has to offer. (couple of minutes walk into the harbour) xxx

the accommodation was in a great location for the beach and only a short drive to town. it is lovely and nicely decorated with extra touches that make it more comfortable. we had a couple of nights at the location and thoroughly enjoyed it the only slight downside was the electric meter. we were aware we would need to pay coins for it, it cost me a total of £10 over 2 nights which was just heating,lights and showers etc Belinda did communicate well in advance about the meter needing coins but it was still abit of a hassle pulling the sofa out to get to the meter and having to remember to top it up. I've never stated anywhere where I have had to pay for the electric before. still, we had a great stay and I would recommend it for the beach
