The listed and lovingly restored in 2005, nuclear facility is situated in South Gohlis: Gohliser between the castle and the Schiller House (here, Schiller wrote his "Ode to Joy"), 2 minutes from the park, "Rosenthal" away. Until the famous Leipzig Zoo is a 15 minute walk. Der Leipziger Hauptbahnhof ist mit der Straßenbahn (welche fußläufig in 6 min. erlaufbar ist) innerhalb von 30 min. erreichbar. Auch eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit liegt nur 5 min. zu Fuß entfernt. Sicherlich kann man bei mir nach Absprache noch das ein oder andere Extra erhalten.:)

Liebe Gäste unsere Wohnung liegt so zentral, dass ihr von der Autobahn A14 in 5 min bei uns vor Ort sein könnt. Der Flughafen ist in 10 min zu erreichen und die Leipziger Messe auch. Die schöne Stadt Leipzig (Hauptbahnhof) kann euch mit dem Auto über die A14 in 20 min. begrüßen. Den Leipziger Zoo und die Redbull Arena sowie das „Völki“ sind ca. 10 min vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Unser Wohnung ist für Kurz- und Langzeitbuchungen ausgestattet. 2 km entfernt liegt die Seenlandschaft zum relaxen.

Komfortables freistehendes Architektenhaus in Leipzig für bis zu 5 Personen. Das Stadtzentrum ist in 30 min zu erreichen, zur Autobahn A9 Abfahrt Leipzig-West sind es 15 min. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Haus hat einen großen Garten mit 2 Terrassen und liegt direkt am Elster-Saale-Kanal. Es verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder. Ein privater Zugang zum Kanal mit kleinem Steg ist vorhanden. Gartensauna und Kajak/SuP sind auf Anfrage nutzbar.

Mit dem Auto sind es ca. 20min ins Stadtzentrum, mit Bahn oder Rad etwa 30min. Es gibt im Haus zwei Schlafzimmer mit je einem Doppelbett (1xBoxspringbett, 1xSchlafsofa) und je einer ausklappbaren Liege. Fußbodenheizung überall. Holz für die Feuerstelle im Garten ist vorhanden.
