Great location, short walk to the cutest little shops on one side and the ferry on the other.

This was such a perfect place for our stay in Hollywood. We could walk to lots of places and short drive to universal studios. The house had lots of stylish furniture and nice architectural features. It was homely and welcoming which suited us. It also felt safe and secure. Thank you Rosalyn. We would definitely recommend :)

This is a cozy little two bedroom condo duplex that’s a great alternative if you don’t want to stay at one of the Disneyland hotels. It’s a 10 minute walk to the park. I stayed there for four days with my 10-year-old twin daughters, and we had a blast. Kitchen has modern amenities, as does the laundry room, which made keeping up with the needs of two hungry kids easy. The kids room has bunkbeds, twin over full, which suited my kids nicely. The master BR has vaulted ceiling, but no connected master bathroom. The description was accurate, and the host was very responsive and proactive. The binder of instructions was very helpful and clear. You get a garage space which comes in very handy. All in all, if you’re going to Disneyland, and you don’t want to stay at the hotel, and you need a cozy place for your family, this is just about perfect.

Lynn’s place was just as described. Excellent location-neighborhood was very safe and the neighbors were lovely. The walk to the beach was fantastic.The house was pristine with plenty of amenities, as described. Lynn was very responsive with any inquiries I had-I would absolutely stay here again!

The location is unbeatable with Grove and Erewhon downstairs! The host Maiia is very helpful and responsive. Will be back for sure!

This Air BnB location is a hidden gem. It’s located near the heart of Hollywood/Beverly hills with close walking proximity to many world class restaurants and stores. The place itself was spotless with easy to follow instructions and DESIGNATED COVERED PARKING. The complex has a pool and multiple fireplaces with a rooftop view. The hosts were very responsive and guided the instructions step by step prior to my arrival via video. Highly recommend!

Irene’s place was great. It was very peaceful and clean. Great neighborhood too.

We had a great time at Naomi's place, plenty of space for all eight of us and beds were very comfortable. Host was quick to respond to my questions, I missed the WiFi login informtion but she quickly told me where to find it. And everything in the home was just as it looked online. From check in to check out it was a great experience.

This was our second stay at Anna’s place and we will be back again. This is the ideal blend of AirBnB and staying at a hotel.

Place did the trick for what my family needed. Host was very responsive when we needed something. Very nice having laundry in unit with supplies available.

We chose this listing because of the proximity to a family wedding and other gatherings. We had 8 adults (4 couples) with plenty of room for everyone. We love that we had garage access with the number of cars we had. There were plenty of parks, side walks, and trails to explore in the area. We felt safe in the neighborhood, and there is access to the tennis court and two pickleball courts across the street. Our family took advantage of the open pickleball play on Saturday and Sunday mornings. We couldn’t figure out a way to reserve the pickleball court, but the open play was enough for us. We did not cook too much during our stay, but there seemed to be basic necessities to do so. The rooms did not have TVs, but this was not a problem for our group. Our family highly recommends this listing!

Absolutely no complaints. Property was clean, well kept. The yard was nice. The separate bathrooms really help with getting everyone ready for the day or for bed. The host was responsive and very easy to deal with. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. Sometimes it’s tough to get a feel for the area from photos or google maps. We did not worry about our cars, or kids running in the yard. A lot of places very close by for easy grab and go groceries or other needs. Towels and other basic amenities provided which makes travel much easier. One thing that may be small but shows attention to detail is the dispenser of Q-Tips in the bathroom. They may not have been needed when I first noticed but turned out to be handy to get a piece of dirt stuck in my fiancées ring. This would not have been noticed or thought of if it wasn’t provided. But it shows the host puts a bit of effort that jot every host does. Would stay here and plan on staying here again in the future!

Beautiful, zen oasis with a private salt water summing pool. The place was clean and had so much character. Convenient gated parking was a great bonus. The property was a quick walk to amazing Silver Lake restaurants, bars and shops. Would highly recommend.
