Das öffentliche Strandbad Loibichl ist ungefähr 3 km und das Ortszentrum Mondsee 8km entfernt. Die Festspielstadt Salzburg ist mit dem Auto in 30 Minuten erreichbar. Berge und Umgebung laden zum Wandern und Biken ein.

Obwohl ein kleines Stück außerhalb des Zentrums , ist man mit dem Obus (15 Minuten Takt) innerhalb von 15 Minuten (ohne Umsteigen) mitten in der Salzburger Altstadt bzw. Zentrum. Das Messezentrum bzw. die Salzburg Arena sind von der Wohnung nur 1 km entfernt.

In nur 5 Gehminuten erreicht man das Chiemsee Strandbad. Vor der Haustüre befinden sich sehr gut ausgebaute Rad- und Wanderwege in die Felder und Moore. As the apartment is directly in the centre, there are also many restaurants and cafés in the same street or in the surrounding area. You have a view of the lake from 4 rooms and the balcony.
