Renta de villas vacacionales en Segrate

Siamo rimasti molto felici di aver soggiornato nella casa di Stefania! Consiglio questa destinazione a chi ha voglia di passare dei giorni in tranquillità. La casa è grande, molto accogliente e super pulita. Stefania è stata molto precisa, ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie e si è resa disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Aggiungo che è stata anche molto gentile, perché ci ha regalato una bottiglia di vino e ci ha portato delle lenticchie (super buone) che aveva cucinato per la sera di Capodanno.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden in dem schönen, geräumigen Haus. Ein besonderes Highlight für uns war die Dachterrasse.

Wir waren zwei Nächte als Familie vor Ort, um Mailand als Zwischenstop zu erkunden. Die Unterkunft war alles wie beschrieben und Nicola war jederzeit erreichbar und hat gute Tips gegeben. Wenn wir das nächste mal Mailand erkunden wollen, werden wir wiederkommen.

Dorella was a nice host. The communication was really good. The house is beautiful with an old atmosphere. The bathroom is new. It was very clean. All in all it was a nice stay. Thank you Dorella:)

Wir waren mit einer anderen Familie unterwegs. Die Unterkunft war perfekt auch für unsere Kleinkinder. wir fühlten jns gleich sofort wohl als wäre es unser Zuhause. Es war genug Platz in und ums Haus damit die Kinder spielen könnten. Allgemein war die Wohnung sehr grosszügig geschnitten. Die beiden Badezimmer rundeten alles noch ab. Für jeder Gast ob gross oder klein waren zwei Handtücher bereit gelegt gewesen. Sehr Nett von Laura. Ausserdem hat sie für uns die Betten so bereit gelegt wie wir es brauchen. Die Kommunikation mit Laura war perfekt. Sie und ihr Partner waren sehr hilfsbereit und haben uns alles super erklärt. Ausserdem haben Sie auch für die Kinder eine kleine Aufmerksam da gelassen. Wir werden sehr gerne wieder zu euch kommen. ❤️

wir waren wegen der möbelmesse in milano zu fünft unterwegs... zur messe rho hatten wir nur 20 min. !! es hatte genügend platz für unsere 2 autos... die in einem geschützten bereich parkiert waren . das haus selber ist ein bisschen in die jahre gekommen aber in einem sehr guten zustand und gut eingerichtet . ( schöner und grosser garten / alles geschützt mit einem zaun ) im haus selber hat es 3 grosse schlafzimmer und 2 bäder... im unteren stock hat es sogar ein drittes bad . wohnzimmer und küche.. gross ! uns hat der aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen und danken alberto für seine unkomplizierte und zuverlässige art . wir kommen wieder... :-)

Ein tolles Haus, eine unserer besten Airbnb-Erfahrungen überhaupt. Wir haben auf dem Rückweg nach Deutschland ein paar Tage Aufenthalt eingelegt und uns enorm wohlgefühlt. Die Gastgeberin ist äußerst zuvorkommend und die Stadt Pavia besticht durch ihre entspannte Atmosphäre.

Beatrice和她的父亲热情的接待了我们，我们是来米兰开展会的，这所房子让每个人惊讶，娱乐设施很多，房间宽敞明亮，床很舒服，展会后一天能解除一天的疲劳，有燃气可以做一些家乡的菜肴，旁边有超市步行就能到达，我们整个团队一致决定两年后还会来到这里居住，让我们有家的感觉，强烈推荐!

El apartamento está muy hermoso, súper bien ubicado y Emmanuelle fue muy atenta , siempre al pendiente de nuestros mensajes . Solo el elevador no funcionaba . Nuestra estancia fue muy cómoda , estuvimos muy cerca de los lugares más emblemáticos de Milán .

Magnifique propriété dans un domaine privé. Grande maison, spacieuse et bien équipée, agréable à vivre malgré un style et un mobilier un peu suranné. Grande piscine ensoleillée, parfaite pour se réveiller le matin avec quelques longueurs, ou se détendre en fin de journée. L’emplacement est parfait pour visiter les abords du lac de Côme, Monza, Milan ou Bergame. L’accueil était chaleureux et Filippo est resté disponible la durée du séjour pour aider en cas de besoin. Tout cela nous a permis de passer un excellent séjour dans ce magnifique coin d’Italie.

今回は出張利用で3人で滞在しました。 基本的に必要な設備が揃っており、かつ、十分な広さと整頓された室内でとても快適に過ごすことが出来ました。 市内が大変混雑している時期であったため、チェックイン時に遅刻してしまいましたが、柔軟に対応して頂きました。その際の連絡もスムーズでストレスはありませんでした。 駅へのアクセスも良く、近所にスーパーマーケットもあったため困ることはありませんでした。 他のレビューに書かれている通り、日中と夜、比較的車が多く走る道路に面しているため音が心配でしたが、今回滞在したメンバーはさほど気になりませんでした。 チェックアウトは朝早い時間でしたが、相談に乗って頂きスムーズにチェックアウトできるようアレンジしてくださいました。 またミラノに来るときは滞在先の候補として挙げたいと思います。

It was great! really really great - we were very busy but enjoyed every second. the only little things was the water pressure but i am sure piergiorgio is fixing that.

Katja was very good at communicating and we enjoyed the living space which was finished to a high standard. We were visiting friends in Bergamo and S. Pellegrino most of the time, as well as Lake Garda so were introduced to some excellent restaurants in those places (Baretto, Via al Costello and Osteria al Gigianca in Bergamo and La Fruslina, S.Pellegrino - highly recommended) so can’t comment on local restaurants. Air conditioning worked very well and the pool was great for cooling off in the day. Overall, a great stay and would recommend it as a base for exploring Lombardia and Milan.

Dejligt ophold. Meget imødekommende vært. Sød, venlig og hjælpsom. Stedet var meget smukt og idyllisk. stor pool. Kan anbefales! (Obs ikke aircondition, men der var fan)

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Der private Pool war ein absolutes Highlight. Die Küchenausstattung war ausreichend. Die Kommunikation und der Check-in & Check-out verliefen sehr unkompliziert.

We had a great time at Silvia - you only get a glimpse of the place here on Airbnb but the villa and especially the huge pool area is even better in reality. Everything was very clean and we felt like we had the whole place almost to ourself. The fridge with water and prosecco was great! Silvia was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed :) Only the mattress was very soft and might not be the newest, but that wasn‘t a problem for us. You‘ll definately need a car there and it’s a nice starting point for day trips around the area. :)

The landlord is kind and collected the exhibits for our exhibition in advance. The environment is quiet, and the house is very spacious. There is also a very large shopping mall nearby. It is more convenient to travel by car.

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour en Italie dans une villa spacieuse située dans un village résidentiel sécurisé, avec badges et caméras pour assurer notre tranquillité. La villa est parfaitement équipée, offrant tout le nécessaire pour un séjour confortable. Chaque jour, nous avons pu profiter pleinement de la terrasse extérieure. La piscine surveillée, située à proximité, a été un vrai plus pour nos moments de détente. Maria Cristina est une hôte réactive et attentionnée, toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions. Nous recommandons vivement cette location pour un séjour reposant et agréable en famille.
