This is a beach front property on North Beach. Sunrise views. We are the only beach house on the beach. This is close proximity (5 min drive) to the Texas State Aquarium & Lexington Museum or use the beach walk from outside the home all the way down as well. Fishing area & play area is walking distance. Great place to enjoy the sun and the beach ! This house is clean and ready to enjoy your vacation. There is a BBQ pit and picnic table located outside the front door. The large pool and beach walkway is a very short walk for you to enjoy. The boat parking is provided at the front of the property by the dumpsters. We have a fish cleaning table. Our beach walkway will lead you to beach marker #3.
