Situated at the start of the Wasdale and Eskdale we are perfect for anyone wishing to climb Scafell or just enjoy the two stunning valleys. Brave drivers and cyclists may wish to tackle Hardnott pass at the top end of Eskdale. Ravensglass village and beaches a short walk away, also set on the Fell above the cottage is the amazing Muncaster Castle and Owl centre. Children and Pet friendly 🐾👍🏼

The ground floor consists: entrance hall; lounge with wood burning stove, & TV; well equipped kitchen; utility room with washing m/c and toilet. Upstairs: two bedrooms (1 kingsize & 1 double bed) bathroom with bath & separate shower. The cottage has gas central heating.

An ideal place to relax or to be adventurous. We are located perfectly to give you great access to the beautiful, unspoilt fells, lakes, rivers, tarns and coastline the area has to offer. We are a perfect place to stay to climb Scafell Pike. We have designed and equipped No.2 Roseville be like a home from home.

The Cabin comprises of a Kitchen, mezzanine Bedroom, living area and adjoining bathroom. ( I list this cabin for 2 people but would consider allowing up to 4 guests if you contact me especially if you wanted to bring children for instance) Please note this property may not be suitable for guests with specific disabilities if a fire occurred.

Wastwater shepherd's hut comes complete with a double bed, kitchen area with induction hob and a bathroom with shower. Perfect place to start numerous walks from the doorstep including many of the popular Wainwright hills such as Scafell Pike and Illgill Head. Easy access to the lake for kayaking etc.

It has a dog friendly beach, is great for fishing, has lots of wildlife and has the most stunning sunsets. In winter, enjoy cosy evenings with the fire lit. An ideal base for exploring the Western Lake District and Cumbrian Coast. It is surrounded by scenic walks and activities. It is close to St Bees coast to coast walk too. A perfect couple's retreat: spacious residence decorated in a contemporary classic style, with the privacy of extensive grounds surrounding the house. Outside, you can walk or cycle from the door in the Cumbrian countryside in either direction. The nearby coastal village of St Bees is a short 10/15 minute drive. It is also a perfect base to explore the Lakes- Ennerdale Water is less than 6 miles away, Wasdale, Borrowdale and Loweswater are also close.

We are a stones throw from the stunning Wasdale Valley with Wastwater being named Britains best view and also home to Englands highest mountain- Scafell Pike. Perfect for couples or a family with 2 children under 13. Maximum 2 adults. As we are a working farm there will be animals and working machinery around the farm.
