We had a fabulous stay at The Treehouse. The view is beautiful and we enjoyed sitting on the porch overlooking the lake. It was private and peaceful. The layout was perfect for our family and we had plenty of space. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. We would love to stay again when visiting Lake Livingston.

We had an amazing time on our 5th wedding anniversary (traditional theme is wood), surrounded by the woods. It’s a very special place, nestled in the piney woods. There was almost as many things to look at in the cabin, with all the art, as there was outside. Very secluded, quiet and peaceful. We’ll have to bring our kiddo next time for the awesome loft!

An awesome experience like none other, we were there celebrating our twins 16th birthday and to say they loved it is an understatement! Lots to do from hiking, swimming in the Brazos, axe throwing, feeding animals to creating figurines and painting rocks. Lots to do, relax in the hot tub after activities but lots to do, Bill, Linda and Trista have lots to offer out here! We hope to be back in the future and experience their place again! Thanks Bill, Linda, and Trista!

Couldn’t have asked for a better stay than at Sergio’s cottage with me and my family. The kids loved it and the deck provided the best squirt gun space. Private and quiet and we will definitely visit again.

My granddaughter and I had an absolutely wonderful 1-night stay in Rebecca’s home. The photos listed don’t do it justice. The house is decorated so thoughtfully with many interesting vintage items. I enjoyed discussing some of the pieces with my granddaughter, as they brought back wonderful childhood memories. We felt like we were in a very cozy, welcoming environment. The shared living area and kitchen were equipped with anything we might need, and Rebecca was available if we had any questions. The yard is large with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the peaceful countryside location, yet still only minutes from South Tyler. We especially enjoyed the screened-in treehouse! Bathrooms were well-appointed and extremely clean, with plenty of fresh towels. The beds were comfortable and layered in soft linens. We slept very well. Rebecca prepared a delicious country breakfast, including fresh yard eggs and homemade biscuits to die for! Great hosts and a wonderful overall experience

Such a great little spot for some quiet and relaxation. We enjoyed seeing some wildlife, viewing the water, and eating from the wonderful outdoor setup. The home is cozy and perfect for a couples getaway. Vidyani is such a good host and communicated everything perfectly! Loved our time and appreciated the opportunity to stay here.

Had an absolutely lovely experience! The accommodations were exactly as featured and the area was stunning and peaceful. Travis was very welcoming and easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend this site to anyone.

Jamil’s place- theTreehouse Cabin Retreat- is a hidden gem nestled on beautiful acreage with a wealth of amenities, and is without a doubt THE best treehouse and cabin experience we have ever had on Airbnb! The treehouse and hidden nook are truly magical, the cabin is super charming with its intricate carpentry and woodwork, and the surrounding campgrounds are equipped with every convenience imaginable for the uninterrupted tranquility of a perfect family getaway. My professionally trained working dogs loved the acreage, and my Belgian Malinois enjoyed the tracking games we were able to play with all of the space. My 6yo niece loved the variety of board and outdoor games. My family and I cherished the time spent around the campfire, and of course, made s'mores! The beds and linens were comfortable, laundry soap and dryer sheets were provided, and the nostalgia from DVD or VHS movie choices are unmatched! 5 stars, a Top 1% Airbnb property, book your stay- you won't regret it!!

We had an excellent time in the tree house. It was a great experience, and sound escape from the hassle city life. it was peaceful and had a good time talking with my partner. Would surely recommend for my friends !! Allison was a great host, and was prompt on replying to all texts and calls.

Such a quaint little place nuzzled right off the interstate! Close to a little city and only around 40-45 ish minutes from New Orleans! We will definitely be staying here again when we come back!

This was our second time staying at The Perch and we will definitely be back. The house is so charming with its huge front door, antique windows, and decor. It is very private and secluded and we loved spending time outside. We enjoyed fishing and kayaking on the beautiful lake. As described, the steps are intense but definitely worth the work out. The host, Lisa, is super responsive and helpful. She has worked hard to make sure that everyone’s needs will be met. I can’t say enough great things about this place!

we were here for a relaxing birthday weekend getaway and this was the perfect spot! we loved the privacy and enjoying the soaking tub on the deck. it was also relatively close to everything and really convenient to get into town. overall, would definitely come back :)

We loved our time at the Lake Pointe Treehouse. We were able to make special memories as a family, and enjoy every detail of the experience. We spent our days at the lake, and we cooked out every night. We even did a movie night outside. It was a fun time, and we can’t wait to come back!

Rachel and hosts were very attentive and helpful during our process of selecting this location for my Mkm’s 90th birthday celebration. We needed overnight stays for ten people, but we needed room for twice that to prepare and host for the celebration. We had children from six months to 15 years and not one child became bored. The bunkhouse was a great experience for the 7-26 year old cousins to laugh, play ping pong and make great memories! The well lit kitchen and living room was the perfect gathering space for 20 people to surprise my mom! We had a great conversation out in the deck as some fished while others enjoyed the kayak and paddle board. The studio gave us extra private sleeping quarters and overflow for food and drink storage! The master bedroom was envied by all guests! All of us kept saying it was the perfect day!

We loved our stay! The private hot tub with the view of the water and the forrest made for very relaxing evenings. We highly recommed.

Nice cabin with everything what we needed for a weekend getaway. Short hiking trail next to cabin was fun extra, we did it a couple of times.

“Mossy Cove Treehouse is exactly what I was hoping it’d be! Nestled amongst the trees and surrounded by peaceful scenery, it was a perfect surprise getaway for (insert whatever you want). All of the rustic details inside the treehouse really made us feel contently lost in the woods. We didn’t want to leave! The host was very accommodating, responsive and even made sure to build us a fire before leaving us. We’ll definitely be back to explore the area soon.”

I can not recommend this place enough! It felt like you were secluded but still had close access to recreational things to do. The treehouse is beautiful inside and comes with literally anything you could dream of needing while being away from home. The host was incredible from start to finish. We hope to return in the fall to enjoy the breath taking views again.

Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommend! My family had an amazing experience staying at Melissa’s place! The cabin was just as described – clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, with plenty for us and our teenagers to do outdoors, from enjoying the hot tub, to kayaking, wading in the creek, cooking s’mores or just relaxing in a hammock. The host was incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. The communication was seamless, and I appreciated how quick the host was to respond to any questions I had. The little touches, like fresh towels, complimentary coffee, and the thoughtful guidebook, made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway from the rush of life. Our family will definitely be back!

Joe and his wife were the best hosts. They were fantastic with my boys and Joe even helped us catch some fish on the dock. Overall better experience than advertised. Gave us great recommendations and even made us breakfast one morning. This was our first boys trip with my young ones and they made it a lasting memory. Also the house is really cool. Great place for a fun, relaxing, and peaceful getaway.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The home has great outdoor spaces including a second level screened in porch..the inside is comfortable with everything you need, and the additional tree house space worked well for our 4th person. We loved the profusion of trees and birds in the yard and neighborhood, and the private parks on the rivers were an awesome benefit. And you can’t get much closer to Ichetucknee and OLeno is very close too. We loved our stay!
