Welcoming, generous, and bilingual host. Clearly takes pride in maintaining the gardens and the house interior and cleanliness. Top-notch appliances and furnishings. Mattresses were a bit hard and the bath towels a bit small but maybe this is better-suited for local Korean preferences. Once you arrive at Louie House, you feel you have everything you need.

An amazing place for three families with little kids to stay. Location was great, the experience was amazing, amenities were great (the ondol kept us so warm!), and the host was so responsive and hospitable. Five stars all around, would recommend to anyone.

숙소가 너무 좋았고 역 근처라 접근성도 매우 좋았습니다. 청결도나 숙소 내 분위기 등 근래 가 본 숙소중 제일 좋았습니다. 다음에도 또 갈게요!!!!

지금까지 가본 숙소중에 가장 깨끗하고 깔끔한 숙소였습니다! 체크인부터 체크아웃까지 설명도 굉장히 친절하셔서 따로 연락드릴 일이 없었고, 주변에 마트 등 편의시설들이 많아서 편의성도 맘에 들었습니다.

This was our first time in Seoul and we couldn’t have been more happy with this apartment. The location is great and there is so much to see and do in this area. Being attached to the subway line is also a bonus for sight seeing around Seoul. Our kids loved the place and can’t wait to come back. Thank you to our amazing host!

I fell in love with this place so much. Waking up to the beautiful view on a morning is something else, the location is really nice and near restaurants and a few bars! And not a far walk from Itaewon centre! Communicating with the host was also really simple! I hope to book this again when I come back!

사장님 응대 정말 빠르고 예뻤어요!! ✨️ 재방문 100%❤️❤️ 총점 : ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 청소상태 : ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 화장실 : ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 포토존 : ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 응대 시간 : ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 접근성 : ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 갑자기 잡아야하는 파티룸이라 가격들이 다 너무 비쌌는데 다행히 에어비엔비에서는 취소표나 당일 까지 안나간 표를 저렴하게 구매 할 수 있다는 말을 듣고 네 이 버에서 에어비엔비로 예약하게 되었습니다! 일단 장점부터 말씀 드리자면 제가 갔던 어떤 파티룸 대비 인테리어 모든 곳이 포토존이고 조명들이 너무 좋았어요! 그리고 바베큐가 가능한 점 실내 화장실 단독사용 넓은 내부 프로젝터 등등 장점 밖에 없는 파티룸이더라구요 🫶 사실 리뷰 중 별1개 짜리 있어서 보고 예약을 망설였는데 답글을 보고 진상 고객이였다는 걸 바로 알았습니다 그리고 예약 하고나서 저 리뷰는 믿을게 못된다는 생각밖에 안들더라구요 단점은 엘레베이터 없고 주차장 협소한거 말고는 없습니다 엘레베이터는 당연히 없을 거라 예상해서 수많은 파티룸 다녀보면서 엘레베이터가 있던 곳은 불법 오피스텔이나 불법 아파트 에어비엔비 같은 곳 밖에 없었죠 주차도 가능 하다는게 너무 좋았어요 보통은 아예 불가능하거나 소형 차량만 가능했거든요 아 맞다 바베큐 장작 너무 많이 주셔서 사실 추가로 있는 장작들은 다 사용 못했어요ㅠㅠ 저는 준비되어있는 기준 1시간은 사용했던것같고 실내 모든 물품들을 철저하게 관리하시는걸로 보여젔어요! 그리고 마지막으로, 매우 매우 매우 깨끗했습니다!!✨️사실 먼지 알레르기 있어서 파티룸 갈때맞다 재체기가 나왔지만 항상 꼼꼼하게 청소하는게 눈에 띄어젔어요 심지어 모든 패브릭 제품들 침구 청소기가 지나간것처럼 자국들이있더라구요 매우 안심이 되었습니다! 아마 아이들이랑 오시는 고객분들께선 더 선호 하실 수 있지 않을까 생각이 됩니다 결론 : ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

교통 접근성이 뛰어나서 좋았습니다. 그리고 유튜브와 다양한 ott를 자유롭고 큰 화면으로 선명하게 볼 수 있었습니다.

Absolutely best host I've ever had. they're extremely patient and was always responsive no matter the time or issue. They give tons of recommendations for places to see too! The location is phenomenal with beautiful sights and nice cafes. The rooms were spacious and comfortable! The host also left some goodies for our arrival which was a huge plus! Definitely a wonderful place to stay ♥️

Brian spoiled us with great services, more than 5 stars hotels. He provided us with welcoming snacks even fruits and simple breakfast for our stays. Complete stocks in the fridge ( milk, bread, jams, butter, cheese etc) fruits and even eggs! Don't forget instant ramen 😊 and the coffee, so can enjoy simple breakfast and food if you to lazy to go out and just wanna chill at home. Great and clean home, cozy bed and modern kitchen. The living room very homy with beautiful view as seen on the pictures. There's a day that seoul showered with raining all day, we just spent time chillin in the house, very warm and relaxing. There is nearby mini market in front of the gate, but with all supplies provided, you don't need to leave the house. Will definitely come back and stay in here when in Seoul

Minha estadia foi maravilhosa! A localização é excelente, em um bairro ótimo e muito conveniente. O Airbnb era super limpo e bem equipado, com máquina de lavar, aquecimento incrível, chapinha, secador, adaptador de tomadas e tudo o que fosse necessário para uma estadia confortável. A anfitriã foi um amor de pessoa, muito atenciosa e prestativa. Com certeza voltarei novamente!

location great, a lil bit uphill but not steep - doable for my parents in law. gs25 and cumart convenience stores just beside the apartment, mega coffee chain too. loved walking back at night, plus point apartment is right infront of main road. checkin was seamless, host will provide passcodes on day of checkin - very responsive to messages. apartment was clean. floors just a tad dusty and “crusty” but everything else was 👍🏼. generous amount of tissue rolls, facial tissues and towels on standby. instructions for washing machine clear, gas stove easy to work with, kitchen appliances all available. place is toddler-friendly. downside is theres only one small wardrobe in common bedroom, none in master bedroom? only able to hang your clothes behind room door. safe to say you wont regret booking Happy’s apartment!

친구들과의 모임이 있어 급하게 숙소를 잡았는데 덕분에 너무 즐거운 시간 보냈습니다. 역 바로 앞이어서 교통도 편하고 주변 인프라도 만족스러웠네요.

뷰로드홈을 이용해보며 정말 만족스러운 경험을 했습니다. 우선 숙소의 전반적인 청결 상태가 매우 훌륭했으며, 인테리어도 감각적으로 꾸며져 있어 머무는 동안 편안하고 아늑한 분위기를 느낄 수 있었습니다. 특히 마음에 들었던 점은 탁 트인 전망과 조용한 환경이었습니다.주변 산책로와 자연경관도 아름다워 힐링하기에 제격이었습니다. 처음 방문임에도 불구하고 불편함 없이 이용할 수 있었습니다. 필요한 물품들이 잘 갖춰져 있어 장기 숙박도 충분히 가능할 것 같다는 생각이 들었습니다. 전반적으로 재방문 의사가 확실히 있을 정도로 만족스러운 경험이었고, 친구나 가족에게도 자신 있게 추천할 수 있는 숙소입니다.

도심에서 벗어나 책도 읽고 그림도 그리면서 너무 편하게 쉬었습니다. 집이 너무 예쁘고 깔끔해서 지내는 데 아무 문제 없었습니다. 호스트가 꾸민 정원에 꽃도 많이 피고 날씨도 좋아서 힐링할 수 있었어요. 호스트 분 너무 친절하고 응답도 빠르고 필요한 정보도 자세하게 주셨어요 앞으로도 근교에서 쉴 일 있으면 또 올거에요 😉

진짜 너무좋습니다 뷰는 말도안대구여 공기도좋아요 프라이빗하게 친구들끼리놀러가서 좋앗구요 안에 이쁜식기며 모든게 다준비되어있어서좋앗습니다 따로 뭔갈챙겨갈 필요가없네요 바베큐.불멍 모든게 완벽하고 단체사진도찍을 이쁜공간도있구 재방문 각입니다ㅎㅎ

단체로 갔는데도 전혀 좁지 않고 너무너무 편안하고 재밌게 놀다가 갑니다! 특히 불멍이 진짜 좋았어요
