Wonderful stay and a very nice host ! My family and I loved it and highly recommend it.

We just returned from a weeklong stay at this beautiful villa, two families with kids ranging in age from 2 years old to 9 years old. The villa is fairly secluded but we had no problems finding it just through Google maps. The property is essentially fully enclosed so we did not have to worry about the kids wandering onto the roads. The house was extremely clean. Both kitchens were fully stocked with all the pots, utensils and serveware that you need. The outdoors was the best! Beautiful pool cleaned daily; not sure if pool was warmed but it was hot enough outside to keep the temp extremely comfortable. Behind the pool is the beautiful vineyard and volleyball area. The owners were so friendly; they gave us giant baskets of garden veggies and another basket of snacks and so much homemade wine. Elena/Ester were so helpful. The Conad is within 8 minutes away and had lots of fresh produce. We drove into Aulla for coffee and pastries (10 min away). Great base to stay with kids!

Federica è un host davvero molto gentile e disponibile! Casa molto pulita con 3 camere da letto (ognuna con un bagno). Federica ci ha lasciato prodotti per la colazione (davvero buoni e vari). Situata in contesto davvero molto tranquillo e a 5 minuti da Pietrasanta e 10 da forte dei marmi. Consigliato

Très jolie maison située dans un endroit calme. Nous étions 12 dont 5 enfants et2 adolescents et tout le monde a beaucoup apprécié la très belle piscine et le jardin. Il y avait une salle de jeu pour les enfants. Claudio était très disponible et aimable lorsque nous avions des questions. Merci à lui également pour ses conseils

Eine tolle Unterkunft mit einem tollen Host! Herzlichen Dank für die schöne Woche in deinem Haus, wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder! Un'ottima sistemazione con un ottimo padrone di casa! Grazie mille per la bella settimana nella vostra casa, ci siamo sentiti molto a nostro agio e ci piacerebbe tornare!

The pictures do not do this location justice! The view from the outdoor table, pool, and many balconies is unbelievable. The house is nestled in a very quiet, secluded spot and is perfect for relaxing. Kitchen is fully equipped, beds are comfortable. Marius is the most helpful, responsive host, helping us with any questions we had and providing excellent local recommendations. We didn’t want to leave!

Ein wunderschönes altes Haus das noch nicht komplett fertig Saniert ist. Das haus versprüht einen tollen Charme, auch wenn sinternet und Strom bicht ganz srabil sind. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!!

c è da dire solo una cosa della casa di Marcello: semplicemente stupenda. casa dotata di ogni necessità, non manca nulla. sembri essere a casa propria. ambiente curato nei minimi dettagli, tranquilla e gode di una vista stupenda. eravamo in 6 e siamo stati benissimo. consiglio a tutti un bel soggiorno in questa splendida casa. grazie ancora Marcello.

Our stay at this property was wonderful! The beautiful view of the sea and the immersive natural surroundings made it a perfect getaway. The house offered near complete privacy, and our kids loved the pool. The location is excellent, with great proximity to Rapallo, Santa Margarita, and Portofino. Communication with the host was easy and smooth. Highly recommended!

This house is a wonderful getaway with unbelievable views of the town and Mediterranean Sea below. It’s surrounded by olive trees and fruit trees. You can hear the highway below so if you need total silence be aware. The drive up to the house is nerve wracking if you are not used to small mountain roads and the driveway is very steep, so be aware of that as well. Our group of 8 adults and 1 baby had a wonderful relaxing time and Lavagna is a cute beach town with restaurants and ice cream. Such an amazing place to stay!

This villa is a gem, pictures don’t do it justice. The views are absolutely breathtaking….The house is fully equipped with everything we needed. We managed a trip to Florence and surrounding beaches which was recommended by the host. We could have stayed longer. I would definitely be back. My kids loved the pool and the little surrounding walking trials surrounding the villa. Only 1 hours drive from Pisa airport.

Abbiamo passato un week end bellissimo in 10 amiche anche grazie a Francesco che ci ha ospitate nella sua bellissima casa, host impeccabile che ci ha lasciato tutta la privacy del caso mai invadente e anzi super gentile e disponibile Casa bellissima e spaziosa, pulita e originale, ampio giardino e una super piscina dove abbiamo passato un pomeriggio in relax per poi andarci a divertire nei locali in zona (posizione perfetta!) Peccato aver trascorso solo due giorni!

Wir waren einige in einem der beiden Häuser in der Nähe von Camogli. Das Haus ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Bei unserer Ankunft fanden wir verschiedenste Speisen als auch Getränke vor. Danke noch einmal dafür. Die Zufahrt ist mit einem normalen PKW machbar - entgegen einiger anderer Kommentare. Das Haus liegt ruhig und privat und bietet eine gute Basis um dort zu entspannen oder Ausflüge an der ligurischen Küsten zu machen. Wir können das Haus und auch die betreuende Agency empfehlen und würden wieder dorthin kommen. Es gibt eine Möglichkeit am Haus das EV zu laden - jedoch nur mit 1 kW, d.h. es funktioniert, es dauert nur.

Our stay was wonderful! Lothar was such a wonderful host. He was accommodating and made himself available for anything we needed, He even cooked dinner twice for us. The property had many fruit trees and the pool was such an added pleasure with a gorgeous view. For those with mobility issues it is a long walk to town with many stairs to walk up and down. If that is not an issue, don't hesitate to book this stay! You will love it!

Das Haus ist ein kleines Paradies in mitten der Natur. Für die Hunde war es ein Traum, sie konnten sich den ganzen Tag frei bewegen. Denen hat es mindestens genauso gefallen wie uns 😍 Das gesamte Haus & garten sind makellos gepflegt. Die Einrichtung auch absolut ausreichend und heimelig. Wir haben uns von anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Lara ist auch eine super nette Gastgeberin. Die Antwort kam immer prompt und sie war sehr herzlich. Sie hat uns alles möglich gemacht. Danke dafür ! 5/5 Sterne für sie ! Wir kommen gerne und bestimmt wieder ☺️

Fantastisk sted med alt du trenger. Vi var 8 voksne som bodde i 5 dager. Kunne ikke hatt det bedre. Carlos hjalp med alt vi spurte om og svarte raskt. Lett adkomst til Cinque Terre. Fikk utvidet utsjekking. Anbefales!

Rewelacyjne miejsce na odpoczynek. Byliśmy z żoną, 2 dzieci i psem. Po przyjeździe dostaliśmy dużo informacji odnośnie lokalnych atrakcji, restauracji, jak zwiedzać Cinque Terre i Portofino. Davide sprawił że od początku pobytu czujesz się rewelacyjnie. Czujesz że ktoś dba o to żebyś czuł się tutaj dobrze. Dom jak na zdjęciach w pełni wyposażoną kuchnią, dwoma łazienkami i klimatyzacją w pokojach na górze. Czysto i domowo. Po tygodniu wymiana ręczników i pościeli. Basen z cudownym widokiem. Pomidory i bazylia z ogrodu do dyspozycji gości, super. Dziękujemy za cudowne wakacje i odpoczynek. Polecam wszystkim a gospodarzowi bardzo dziękujemy za ten pobyt. Już chcemy tam wrócić.

Wir waren als Familie in dem wunderschönen Haus in ganz toller Lage auf dem Berg mit atemberaubender Aussicht. Die Aufteilung des Hauses, die Gartenanlage, der Pool und die verschiedenen Terrassen haben uns sehr gefallen. Die Einrichtung im Haus hat gut zum Stil des Hauses gepasst, die Austattung der Zimmer und Küche war sehr gut. Der Weg zum Haus ist sehr steil und kurvig, nach einigen Tagen waren wir geübt im Hoch- und Herunterfahren. Die Kommunikation mit Ian und vor Ort mit seiner Mutter war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen, jederzeit kommen wir wieder gerne in das Haus.

Wir hatten eine super entspannte Zeit in Carrara. Vielen Dank an Barbara und Simona - Ihr wart tolle Gastgeberinnen. Das Haus liegt wunderbar ruhig, der Pool lädt direkt zum Schwimmen ein - die besten Voraussetzungen, um mal richtig abzuschalten und die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Der Pool ist so groß, dass wir Erwachsenen komfortabel schwimmen konnten. Im Ort gibt es verschiedene Badestrände. Wir sind ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto gefahren und konnten gratis parken. Es hätte aber auch nähere Strandabschnitte gegeben. Leider war es in unserer Urlaubswoche sehr heiß, sodass wir nicht so viel zu Fuß erkunden konnten. Der Pool war da für uns die perfekte Abkühlung. Im Haus standen uns mehrere Ventilatoren zur Verfügung, die waren v.a. nachts wichtig. Danke Simona und Barbara für diese tolle Zeit. Die beiden waren stets gut erreichbar und dabei sehr freundlich und sympathisch. Uns sind im Urlaub Ruhe und Privatsphäre sehr wichtig - beides ist in dieser Unterkunft wunderbar gegeben.

la casa di Sanda è veramente interessante con ampi spazi e molto comoda. la casa è datata, ma contiene degli elementi vintage molto belli. Non manca nulla e la piscina e lo spazio esterno sono fantastici. Sanda è stata molto gentile e disponibile.

Die Unterkunft von Angelina und ihrer Familie war ein Traum. Wir fühlten uns wie zuhause. Angelina war für uns wie eine Großmutter bei der man sich wohlfühlen durfte. Sie war so freundlich und hatte uns schon früher als geplant in Empfang genommen und wir genossen den Garten und Pool. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und hatte alles nötige an Ausstattung. Wir konnten problemfrei mit dem Kochen und Genießen in jeglicher Hinsicht beginnen. Wir genossen vor allem die Privatsphäre die Angelina einem gegeben hatte. Es war wirklich angenehm. Die Kinder hatten sehr viel Spaß in dem wundervoll gepflegten Garten und Pool. Der Pool war ein großes Highlight. Es gab nebenbei jede Menge Möglichkeiten an Sitz- und Liegeflächen, die man frei wählbar nutzen durfte. Wir danken Angelina sehr für Ihre Freundlichkeit und Kommunikationsfähigkeit. Die Gegend war sehr ruhig, wir liebten es. Kommen gerne wieder. Vielen lieben Dank an Angelina. Wir vermissen den Aufenthalt dort jetzt schon.

Franco ist ein super toller Gastgeber, der Empfang und die Verabschiedung waren sehr persönlich und herzlich. Franco hat sehr gute Tipps und ist immer hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hauses ist herrlich zwischen vielen Ölivenbäumen, ruhig gelegen mit einem traumhaften Blick über das Magra-Tal zum Meer, einfach unbezahlbar. Die Lage des Hauses ist super, direkt neben dem schönen malerischen alten Dörfchen Castelnuovo Magra. Das Meer ist nur ca. 15Min entfernt, die Steinbrüche von Carrara sind auch in der Nähe (sehr empfehlenswert), Pisa und Florenz sowie Cinque Terre sind ebenfalls in der Gegend. Es war ein toller Urlaub, vielen Dank Franco.

What a wonderful place with a spectacular view. Plenty of room but steep stairs to each level and a bit of a goat track to get to the property. Other than that, it was absolutely wonderful. Nicolo's was very helpful with ideas and recommendations and the instructions for the property were very well communicated. If you do not have any physical restrictions, then this is the perfect place to escape, especially if you have a big group.

tres bon accueil. emplacement tres paisible pour une grande famille. la maison est tres grande, et tres agréable. Hugo est tres reactif et accueillant. on peut presque tout visiter en train a partir de Aulla a 15 minutes. je recommande la maison de Hugo.
