The Coach House Harthill
The Coach House is the beautifully converted annex of ‘The Old Rectory’; a very handsome Grade II listed seven-bedroom period home built by the son of the 1st Duke of Leeds back in 1720, in the pretty village of Harthill. It offers the perfect location to explore Sheffield and the surrounding Peak District, conveniently situated close to the M1 (Junction 30) and A57. The bright and spacious living area comprises a kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms and has off road parking for two cars.

The Annexe
Check out our reviews. This is the Annexe to our home, detached from the main house, so even though you are our guests you have your own space. There is a large bedroom with a double bed and a second smaller bedroom with a 3/4 bed. Also a double sofa bed in the lounge. Excellent speed Wi-Fi is available throughout . The price listed includes a continental breakfast The neighbourhood is peaceful. Good links to city centre and motorway. Parking either on our drive or out front.

Leave the car and step straight onto lakes, moorland, crags and woodland. 2 bedrooms sleeps 4 (double, 2 single/king). Extensively equipped kitchen. Bathroom has large shower and roll top bath. Patio. Off-street parking. Netflix. Safe indoor bike storage. Have a cuddle with our lambs!

Car strongly recommended. The annexe is attached to our family home, but has its own entrance.
