It is a quick stroll to Avila Beach and we have some beach essentials for your use. The town has great walkable restaurants, wine/beer bars + shopping. Outside you will find a cozy oasis with lounge sofa, dining table, umbrella and bbq grill. The condo comes with two rare and desirable off-street parking spots. You can walk to the beach, the restaurants, bars, shops and everything you came to Pismo to enjoy.

The country meets the sea in this laid-back, picturesque surf town. Shell Beach is halfway between San Francisco and Los Angeles on California's Central Coast, which makes it the perfect stop for some wine tasting and outdoor adventure. Within walking distance there is a beach (best to visit at low tide), restaurants and coffee shops. My home is an original 1950s bungalow. Per guests requests, I made few upgrades — new windows, space heaters in every room and a dishwasher to boot!

Walking to the beach is a just a short stroll down a windy little road filled with cool beach vibes. Cross a little wooden bridge and walk down a block or two and you are right in front of the Oceano dunes. Plan a bonfire and make s’mores on the beach. Or better yet, stay at the little cottage, grab a bottle of wine and enjoy a fire pit right outside your bedroom door.

We’re a short 5 miles to downtown San Luis Obispo and Cal Poly campus, and less than 10 miles to Pismo Beach, hikes and wineries!

Our condo is one of the top 10 oceanfront resorts in California. This unit overlooks the ocean, pool, Jacuzzi, bbqs and fire pit. Access to the beach is just yards away. It has a beautiful restaurant overlooking the ocean just steps below the unit. The restaurant offers pool service , room service also a full bar with live music. The resort has a gym, spa, valet parking, bikes that you can use and it is very close to many restaurants, wineries and fun events.
