Our Valley Rock Model cottage is modern, clean, and has all of the amenities needed for an amazing stay. Enjoy in-unit laundry, a covered deck, our 4-seater lifted golf cart. Must be 25+ to rent.

This newer 2 bedroom cottage in Evergreen Village is very clean, well maintained, and in a quiet area. It is centrally located near the funplex, sports courts, and between wyldewood beach and the quarry. We have a Golf Cart available for renters to use. Cleaning fee is included. Extra Sherkston fees (pool and registration) are not included. Renters must provide their own linens and towels. MUST BE 25 years old to rent with valid drivers license. NO PARTIES and NO PETS.
