Just the most idyllic and beautiful space to recharge. Goran is by far the best host I've ever encountered. It really feels like staying with a long lost friend that gives you plenty of space and privacy. The breakfasts in the morning are just amazing and so varied. I've come back lighter and so full of energy. For runners the villa has some beautiful traffic free running routes (just a couple if protective dogs to dodge on the way). The perfect place to recharge away from everything but close enough to everything? (definitely recommend hiring a car)

Das Haus war wie beschrieben wunderschön. Wir waren mit 3 Familien dort und waren alle sehr zu Frieden. Bäckerei, Obststände und einen kleinen Supermarkt zu Fuß erreichbar. Latif war immer freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Nur auf den Straßen von Montenegro war nur Stau. Von A nach B zu fahren war sehr anstrengend. Leider gab es abends sehr viele Mücken.

A lovely hidden gem in the city. You are surrounded by 1 acre of land with chickens and beautiful fruit trees. Parking is on the property what’s very convenient. We were a bit surprised that all properties in Shkoder are having high concrete walls, which doesn’t give a very appealing atmosphere. But to experience this area of Albania I really recommend staying at this location.

Everything was perfect, the place is beautiful, and the house itself is very functional. From the bed you can see the sea, in close proximity there are 2 major cities and very close to the market with all the necessary products. The host is a very friendly and open minded man who is happy to provide any information and help in any situation. I heartily recommend for shorter as well as longer trips.

We had a beautiful stay at Sabah and Sonilla’s place. The home is very well decorated, has an incredible view and very peaceful. The hosts were responsive, friendly and happy to provide local suggestions. They were also happy to accommodate our late arrival/check out which was much appreciated. Would recommend!

Tolle Villa, sehr sauber, gute Ausstattung, toller Pool und Außenbereich. Alles auf hohem Niveau, makellose Bäder, es gibt Bademäntel, Schlappen, Duschbad, Shampoo und Bodylotion. Velibor ist ein immer erreichbarer und reaktionsschneller Gastgeber. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es Bäckerein, Supermärkte und Restaurants, alles fußläufig zu erreichen.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à la Villa Luka ! Djuro et sa famille sont très prévenants et accueillants. La maison est très confortable et particulièrement bien équipée et bénéficie d’une vue magnifique sur la baie de Budva. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

It's a very generous villa with many rooms, so everyone has their own space and the living room/kitchen combination in the main part of the house is great for quite a few people. It was seven of us and we never felt like we stepped on each others' toes. It has a very nice view to the ocean, but unfortunately there is nothing in walking distance, so you always need a car and driver. The entry to the carport is pretty steep, so it's good to have a good car and confident driver. There were plenty of towels and everything needed for bedding was provided, also lots of spare toilet paper and detergent for the washing machine. All in all we had a very nice stay.

Miloš was quick to respond to queries, proactively checking on us and gave clear instructions and very helpful throughout our 1 week stay. The villa is massive yet so well designed that it offers privacy to everyone. Several rooms have en-suites and mini kitchens in addition to the main kitchens. Highly impressed and recommended for big families and groups. Supermarket nearby and the restaurant Sebelj was amazing local cuisine.

This is the most beautiful place we have ever stayed! We loved having dinner in the house each evening because the views and the huge windows in the main space were stunning. The location was peaceful and private, but still in a spot that was easy to get to other towns from (with a car). Thanks Sally!

Evimizi book ettigimiz andan itibaren Milos her konuda son derece ilgili ve yardımcıydı.Arac kiralama, havalimanından transferimiz, eve girişimiz, girdigimizde ev ile ilgili sorularımızın hepsine cok hızlı yanıt verdi.Kendisinden cok memun kaldıgımızı en başta belirtmek isterim.Eve gelince, biz sadece 5 buyuk 2 çocuk seyahat ettik, cocuklardan ötürü korumalı bir ev istedigimizden bu yer bize cok uygundu.Diğer yandan bizler de kendimize buyuk ve rahat bir yer istemiştik.Evin karşısında otoparkı mevcuttu.Old City e arac ile sadece 5 dk da ulaşabiliyorsunuz.Evin konumu çok iyi, Kotor da kalabileceğiniz hem merkeze yakın, hem kalabalıktan uzak bir yer.Evin terası ve manzarası inanılmaz güzel.Kalabalık grupların rahatça konaklama yapabilecekleri çok keyifli ve rahat bir mekan, herkese tavsiye ederim.

Budimir was an excellent host! A very unique man with so much to offer. He is an excellent cook! He has a private restaurant downstairs from the property and offers great wine and spirits along with his wonderful personality. If you enjoy “experiences” Budimir offers you a great Montenegrin experience. The apartment is well done.

Had a great vacation at Philip and Jovanka's villa. Both are lovely people, very friendly. We ordered breakfast and dinner through them and it was excellent!! The villa is very spacious, we were several families, a total of 17 people and the division of the villa was very suitable. The division into several spacious apartments and in addition a very wide and large dining room where we could all eat our meals together. The pool is lovely, very spacious although due to the weather we did not use it. The villa is a short drive from large supermarkets and about 15 minutes from Tivat airport. was very successful. Many thanks to Philip and the whole family!! Highly recommended

Fantastic house in a beautiful location. Just as described. The children loved the pool. Friendly and welcoming host. Great little shop down the road for essentials. There is lots to do within an easy driving distance.

Christofer was an outstanding host and the villa is something quite special!!! We loved the views and being right on the water. The inside has a wonderful Scandinavian aesthetic and it was spotless! We made amazing memories and are so grateful to have stayed in such a lovely space and location!!

Ich war Ende Juni mit fünf freunden in der Villa Nera von Sonja und Neno. Ich kann nur absolut positiv über die Unterkunft und die Gastgeber berichten. Die Unterkunft war meiner Meinung nach, noch schöner als es auf den Fotos rüberkommt. Die Gastgeber Sonja und Neno sind jederzeit erreichbar, hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Der Ausblick den man in der Villa hat ist einmalig. Wenn man sich einen Mietwagen mietet kann man auch innerhalb von 10-15 Minuten alles in Budva erreichen. Selbst wenn man mal mit dem Taxi in die Stadt fährt, bezahlt man auch nicht die Welt. Wir waren alle sehr zufrieden und sind uns einig das wir nächstes Jahr wieder kommen wollen. LG Luca

I booked here for my best friends surprise 30th and it exceeded all expectations!! First time visiting Albania and Ambra helped me so much with every question I had. She was so helpful, always answered every questions and just was so responsive. Never had such an amazing airbnb host. Recommend places to go. I needed a decoration company and she put me in touch with someone and it was perfect. The views are insane. The restaurant near by Pelikani is just also top quality service and food. All of it was perfect. The house was so comfortable. I have no bad points. My recommendation would be to do lots of research if this is your first time travelling but also book with Ambra as she helped with everything.. taxis, supermarkets etc. we had a small power cut as of a storm and we had an electrician with us within 20 minutes. You must come here!!!.

Die Unterkunft war super, es hatte alles was man für einen ruhigen Urlaub mit Freunden braucht. Wir waren ganz überrascht, denn eine tolle und regengeschützte Sitzmöglichkeit gab es auch noch, mit einer tollen Outdoor-Küche, die gar nicht auf den Bildern zu sehen war. Das hat uns natürlich sehr gefreut. Zudem war Miroslav an sich ein super Gastgeber. Es gab einen persönlichen Check-In, der super flexibel war und reibungslos funktionierte. Er zeigte uns kurz das Haus und gab uns ein paar Tipps und bot oft seine Hilfe an, wenn wir irgendwelche Fragen hatten, stand er zudem immer zur Verfügung. Einmal bestellten wir im Restaurant nebenan Pizza und dort trafen wir auf Miroslav, der uns kurzerhand anbot, die Pizza zu uns zu liefern. Auch als wir fragten, wie wir am besten Abends noch in die Stadt kommen und wieder zurück bot er uns an, Fahrer zu organisieren. Er war stets hilfsbereit und seine Ortskenntnisse waren eine große Hilfe. Viele seiner Empfehlungen haben wir genutzt, es war toll.

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in Montenegro. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Es gibt sogar Pooltücher und Bademäntel. Die Küche ist recht klein, es gibt nur zwei Kochfelder, ist aber ansonsten gut ausgestattet. Insgesamt war die Sauberkeit in Ordnung. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und abgeschieden, es gibt eine große Terrasse und einen tollen Pool. Sladjana gibt tolle Tipps und die Bootstour bei ihr hat sich sehr gelohnt! Bis zum nächsten Strand braucht man etwa 30 min, allgemein wird ein Auto gebraucht für Unternehmungen etc. Einkaufsmöglichkeit gibt es im Ort.

My family and I, 8 of us, had a fantastic stay in villa Dolaca/ Leona. The most attentive housekeepers, the pool was cleaned throughout the week and we were made to feel welcome. There is a need for a car unless you’re very fit as the vertical hill up to the apartment is probably the highest I’ve driven but we did walk it a couple of times. It was a great location to base yourself to explore the beautiful surrounds of Montenegro. We were very sad to leave. Thanks Amra and team.

Een week hier geweest met 6 personen. We genoten van de rust, ruimte en een onvoorstelbaar mooi uitzicht, die missen we nu al. Het is erg privé, dus je kan er 100% jezelf zijn. De communicatie was fantastisch. Altijd gelijk reactie en enorm behulpzaam. Ze doen er alles aan om het iedereen volledig naar de zin te maken. Instructies zijn duidelijk en compleet. Veel info over wat er allemaal te doen is. Vanaf de villa loop je in 6min naar beneden, waar verschillende restaurants zijn met goed, betaalbaar eten(€70 voor 6p). Ook een gezellige supermarkt van 2 broers die tevens onze taxichauffeurs waren tijdens onze vakantie. North taxi is niet te missen als je hier verblijft. Elke betaalbare rit maken zij er een feestje van en staan altijd gelijk voor je klaar met leuke ideeën om je vakantie compleet te maken. Shkodër is een gezellig stadje, op 20 min rijden. Albanie was de 1e keer, maar we komen zeker terug. Bedankt voor alles!

Wir haben eine Woche im Bungalow von Sanja verbracht und haben uns auf Anhieb wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Außenanlage ist sehr gepflegt und der Pool groß und sauber. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen tollen Blick über die Bucht von Kotor. Man braucht unbedingt einen Mietwagen, um zur Unterkunft zu gelangen und von dort aus mobil zu sein. Die Unterkunft ist vom Flughafen Tivat aus in 20 Minuten erreichbar. Sanja und ihre Familie wohnen direkt neben an und sind sehr hilfsbereit. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr nah am Strand gelegen und sehr sauber. Preisleistungsverhältniss ist sehr gut
