There is a cafe/gas station/liquor store across the road. We also have another airbnb here with a spa deck!

Note: If a big winter you will need a 4x4 or all wheel drive vehicle to access the neighborhood.

Our south facing, cozy, private hotel room sits at the base of Chair 7, gets ample sunshine and is ski-in/ ski-out. It lies in the heart of town and is within walking distance to Telluride Town Park and Main Street where you will find local bars, shopping and restaurants. This warm, small suite includes a kitchenette and shared hot tub (closed until Oct. 30) situated on the San Miguel River where you can enjoy the Colorado night sky or serenades of the stream. Cute and cozy year-round camping cabin available for rent as a more economical option for guests who want to have the cabin experience and still have the convenience of being close to downtown Ouray. PLEASE NOTE: Camping Cabins do NOT have water inside the cabin. Drinking water is readily available. Our heated restrooms and shower facilities are only a short walk from the cabins and checked multiple times daily to make sure they are clean and ready for our guests.
