房间宽敞，物品齐全，热水充足，地点好找，地铁站5分钟距离，楼下有便利店，地铁站附近有商场和小吃街。来的时候可能外边气温低，屋里地板有点凉，窗户有点漏风，外边刮风下雨时有点冷。

Att bo på detta ställe var helt fantastiskt, enkelt att ta sig via kommunala medel (bus, tunnelbana) , stationerna 3-8 minuter från boendet. Små roliga restauranger med mycket god mat i när området, flera supermarket nära. Lite längre bort (20 min promenad) hittade vi en stor matmarknad. Fina promenadstråk längs Han floden (endast några minuter från boendet). Mycket lugnt område. Mycket enkelt att kommunicera med värden, svarade alltid fort och förklarade bra och alltid på ett välkomnande sätt. Rekommenderas varmt

отличное жилье со всеми удобствами,есть ощущение будто бы ты дома.также рядом есть парк,можно прогуляться и посидеть если хочется сбежать от городской суеты.поблизости есть olive young,daiso,а под домом круглосуточный магазин.стоит учесть что дорога до центра составит 1-1,5 часа,но не стоит беспокоиться рядом есть станции метро и автобусные остановки. также хочется поблагодарить хозяина за быстрые и четкие ответы.

좋은 위치의 숙소입니다. 친절한 호스트님 덕분에 잘 머물다 갑니다.

잠실 중심으로 여행을 갈 생각이라면 이 숙소를 잡는게 매우 좋다. 매우 추천. 1. 체크인 전 일정이 있어서 많이 걸어야했으므로, 대중교통에서 하차했을때 숙소까지 오래 걷고싶지 않았음.. 그런 의미로 여기는 가장 좋은 숙소임. 잠실역에서 5분거리면 그냥 최단거리고, 이 가격이면 무조건이다. 2. 근처 구경거리는 잠실 하나만으로도 거의 해결된다고 볼 수 있음. 강남~잠실 까지만 대충 찾아봐도 대형 쇼핑몰이 있고, 잠실 2호선 타면 홍대까지도 한번에 갈 수 있으니 교통 부분에선 절대적인 이점을 가지고있음. 많이 돌아다닐 생각이라면 이곳을 추천. 3. 숙소 정말 깔끔하고 군더더기없음. 내가 갔을 땐 특별한 소음도 없었다. 일반적인 오피스텔에서 쉽게 느껴지는 특유의 비좁은 느낌이 이곳에선 없었음. 침대가 정말 마음에 들었고, 소파도 편했음. 거실이든 방이든 앉아있을 수 있다. 화장실은 청결했고, 비즈니스 호텔 화장실보다 넓음. 샤워실 안에 미끄럼 방지발판 있고, 구비되어있는 물품도 좋았음. 그리고 숙소와 사진이 일치한다. 이게 무슨소리냐고 할 수 있는데, 사진과 실물이 다른 숙소를 가봤기때문에 하는 말임.. 4. 호스트님 친벌합니다. 숙소 쓰다가 모르는 거, 궁금한거 그냥 물어보세요. 답변 잘해주십니다.

숙소 위치도 굉장히 좋았고, 곳곳에 호스트님의 상세한 설명과 친절함이 느껴진 숙소였습니다! 다음에 또 일정이 있으면 머물고 싶은 좋은 숙소였습니다 추천합니다!

고즈넉하게 쉴 수 있는 숙소를 찾고 있다가 발견한 스테이구구 !!! 어느계절 상관없이 머물면서 힐링할수 있는 곳은 여기뿐 !!! 조용하고 고즈넉하게 힐링하고 싶다면 추천하는 숙소입니당 :-) 조리는 못하지만 사와서 먹는건 가능이니 is 뭔들 ,,♡ 또 올게요 !!!!!>.<

Perfect location for the cherry blossom season. Near Lotte area so convenient to walk but also distant enough to have peace and silence. You can't ask for more with such a price!! Super deal. On the downside (if any at all) - Spacious rooms altho the living room seemed a little tight for 3 people. No stairs, but it only bothered us during checkin and out when we had luggages. The host was responsive to fix a couple minor problems. Overall, I think you won't find a better place in this neighborhood. Definitely will come again!! Thank you so much !! -Lena, Irina, Katya.

여러 가족들이 함께 놀러갔는데 너무 즐겁고 알차게 잘 놀다왔어요 ^^ 주변 풍경도 한적하니 좋고 저녁에 캠프파이어 하면서 마시멜로우도 구워먹으니 좋은 추억이 되었어요 ! 또 서울과 접근성도 좋아서 또 오고싶네요~ 사장님께서 빠르게 응답도 잘 해주시고 숙소에 잠깐 오실일이 계셨는데 그때 음료수까지 사다주셔서 너무 감사했어요! 다음에 날 풀리면 또 놀러갈게요~~

Our stay was enjoyable - kids and pet dog enjoyed the most as the yard/gaden is amazing to run around and play! The home had some cleanliness issues but not major. The comfort and amenities inside the house were pretty good. the property structure is showing some age on the exterior(vs the pictures shown) but satisfied most other promised attributes. some unpromised supplies - like umbrellas, wipes ,stationery etc were provided in the house and they came in handy. The location is excellent - just off the main road and 5 min walking distance to a river bed .

주차장과 숙소까지 무거운걸 들고 약간 걸어 가야해서 살짝 당황했다가 들어가서 숙소를 보는 순간 싹 사라졌네요^^ 엄청 넓고 놀이공간과 수면공간이 따로 있다보니 잘 사람들은 조용히 가서 자면되고 방음도 잘되서 소음도 안들리고 완전 편안하게 즐기다 왔습니다. 다음에 또 가고싶어요^^

군더더기없이 깔끔하고 좋았습니다. 아이들 둘과 네식구 이용했는데 불편함 없었어요 다만 주차가 1대만 가능하고 주차공간이 협소하다보니 건물 주변 골목에 해야하는데..주변이 다 술집이라서 주차할데가 없어서 조금 어려웠습니다.

I have stayed with this host at many locations it’s always an easy and comfortable stay. Will forever come back to stay with them :)

What a fantastic place to stay at! We like staying at local places, away from tourist spots and this place felt right at home! the unit is super clean, lots of amenities, very close to bus and subway and overall just a great place. Luna is very very responsive since the first day we booked. She answered questions, provided recommendations, and was very accommodating. She also was very helpful in booking a van for us to head back to the airport as we ended up having more luggage! She made all the arrangements and paid with her own card first, then proceeded to charge us through Airbnb after. She went above and beyond as a host and we are extremely thankful! looking forward to booking this place on our next trip to Seoul!!!

I had a lovely long stay at JinJu’s place. The home is equipped with plenty of amenities - toothbrush, toothpaste l, shampoo, conditioner, etc. And there was even free beverages in the refrigerator and workout equipment which was a great touch. I really enjoyed my time here, it felt like a home away from home.

More beautiful in real life, the views are incredible as is the comfort. Locate is great, right next to the subway, a beautiful temple and a shopping mall with the famous book store but more importantly the area is still quiet. Chris was an amazing host, left clear instructions and quick to response to any questions asked. Would say here again

房东人很好 沟通也非常好 住宿有停车位也很方便 若要去地铁建大站需要步行10分钟或者搭巴士 附近也有超市 整体来说非常满意 谢谢
