However, once in a while, footsteps and running can be heard from the flat above. Centrally located, it is close to Midco Aquatic center, Denny Sanford, Down Town, Sanford medical center, Augustana & University of Sioux Falls, and the Great Plains Zoo. Great living area with a big king and queen-size memory foam beds.

Seven person Hot Tub open April -December 5am-11pm. Beautiful early nighteenth century home with hard wood floors, lots of windows and privacy. Secured building. Full kichen. Three minutes from the Sioux Falls Regional Airport, and Denny Sanford. Free park and fly program. Bikes available free for the many bike trails in Sioux Falls. Swimming pool, Veterans Memorial Park five blocks away. Five restaurants within walking distance. This is a smoke and pet free apartment.

Home away from home

Newer house in a nice residential neighborhood. Close to skiing and car race track NO CLEANING FEES Space available for Airbnb rental is the main part of the house. Owner has a separate apartment in the basement with a separate entrance. There is a lock on both sides of the door going to the basement at the bottom of the stairs. I will always try to be respectful of your privacy. If you do need anything let me know and I will make myself available.
