We were in town for a volleyball tournament at the Sanford Pentagon and this location couldn’t have been better. Easy drive, less than 10 minutes, to get to the tournament site which made it very convenient. Appreciated having a kitchen so we could prepare breakfast each morning and then have a place to pack snacks and lunch for the day. The hot tub was out of service when we were there, which was disappointing but Craig called and left a message that day with the update and explanation, which was appreciated. We would definitely stay here again if we’re ever in the area again.

Austin was super communicative which was awesome, and he even gave us option to check-in a little bit early even though we ended up not needing to. This house was so cool with many things that our guy's weekend took advantage of. Comfortable, private, clean and spacious without a doubt. I would to come bavk with friends or family. Highly recommend Austin as a host, especially with the Rose Street Retreat!

We recently stayed here with another family, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience! With two families of four, we were pleasantly surprised at how spacious and well-equipped the place was. There was more than enough room for everyone, and we never felt cramped at all. The garage space was perfect for entertaining kids! The location is in a quieter area, which was perfect for relaxing after busy days of Acro & Tumbling competitions. We loved the tranquility, and it made our stay even more enjoyable. The host was responsive and ensured we had everything we needed. Overall, we loved our stay and would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a family-friendly getaway!

We absolute enjoyed our stay! The place is exactly as described and pictured. The neighborhood is peaceful and the property has just the right amount of privacy! Our dogs enjoyed the fenced in yard! We definitely would stay again -Abby and Chad were great hosts!

I would recommend the Brady House to anyone. the house was very clean, the beds were so comfortable, plenty of blankets and pillows and anything else you need. and it was so nice to have a great washer and dryer., with soap provided. plenty of plates, glasses, pans and utensils in the kitchen. the house sits in a peaceful area. my family and I had a wonderful stay there, I wish it could have been longer. Kayla was always readily available also.

This was the second time at the tree house. Just as magical as the first. The hottub, the fire pit, the living space, and the VIEWS. It is perfect for a little getaway. I have and will continue to recommend to everyone I know! The hosts are incredibly kind and friendly and have top notch communication. Stay here!!!

Great place! Will stay again!

Adam’s place was a home away from home feeling. The children loved all the games that were available and the space was large. The kitchen was well equipped for what we needed. The hot tub was clean and enjoyable. The space was exceptionally clean and there were extra blankets for the couch which is always a must for us. The location was close to many amenities but still in a quiet neighborhood where we felt safe. 10/10 would stay again.
