Fabulous lodge with a lovely private garden in a quiet location in the park. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the accommodation was very comfortable with everything we could possibly need. Corrina was very supportive when I had a couple of questions. Highly recommended and would happily stay there again.

The whole family really enjoyed staying at Sophie’s house and we would definitely stay again. The kids loved the pool and the tennis court and the overall size of the house meant that if you wanted a bit of peace and quiet you could also find that. Good walks nearby and a lovely part of the country.

We absolutely loved our stay and will be booking again. The space was clean, warm and very spacious up and downstairs. The design and decor was on another level. We couldn’t get over the beautiful chandelier. We were greeted with fruits and milk on arrival in the large kitchen. Ahead of our journey we were given clear directions to the property. Access was easy and there were clear instructions for the sauna, pool etc. We used the sauna daily. It’s was huge and looked brand new. We were be able to watch the kids swim in the pool from the sauna. The kids absolutely loved the pool and took every opportunity day and night to swim. It really was a bonus to have our own pool. 5 of us stayed for a week and there was enough space in the fridge and freezer for all of our food. I have already recommended the space to my friends.

The Old Stable was absolutely perfect inside with everything you could possibly need and more. Beautifully clean, comfy and homely. The view from the bedroom was so lovely to wake up to and the bed was amazingly comfortable. Personal touches like eggs from Jane’s chickens and a bottle of complementary fizz were a really lovely touch. Outside in the very large patio area there were numerous seating areas around the pool and jacuzzi. The BBQ, pizza oven, chiminea and outdoor lighting meant that you could have a lovely meal and relax and unwind under the stars. A great place to relax and have a peaceful home away from home!! A very warm and friendly Jane was always on hand to answer any questions or queries. Thank you!!

Excellent property. Owners were really nice. Can’t wait to go again when the pool is open. Went to a local pub called Coach & horses, excellent food there. We took our dog and owners kindly asked if we kept her on the lead when in garden of property as they have sheep but there’s a massive field with a woodland walk out back so was fine to let off the lead then. Barn is exactly as described. There’s some good little board games there and our kids got a bit obsessed with cluedo. Was expecting to be chilly as it’s a barn but the underfloor heating makes it really warm and cosy. Will definitely come back.

This house is absolutely fantastic. Our group of 9 including a teen and two 9-year-olds stayed very comfortably for a week with a typically English mix of weather and the house accommodated us amply. The spaces were all individual, relaxing and full of beautiful furniture and art, we loved the characterful high-ceilinged garden room and the sitting room big enough for all 9 of us to play games. All the first floor bedrooms were large with comfortable beds and generous storage, and the second floor attic with two bedrooms and a relaxing space between was a great little world away. The rambling garden and the tennis court, trampoline, warm pool and table tennis were a real hit with our group. Locally there was something for everyone, highlights including great walks from the house along the river and up onto the spine of the South Downs, and garden visits to High Beeches and Sussex Prairie Gardens. Enzo and Lucy are well deserved superhosts, we would return in a heartbeat.

We were very impressed on arrival. Lovely peaceful grounds, pool bigger than we’d expected and great games area. Good place to stay with our extended family, good central location, really enjoyed nearby Canterbury. We were lucky with the weather. We visited Howletts zoo & 2 different sea-sides. The house is quite warm, it’s great fans are provided in all bedrooms. Improvements- Need better extraction for the kitchen- & update the book on what to do if the smoke alarm goes off! The agency were quick to help but with poor phone signal this was tricky to arrange. Bigger beds/ new mattresses Downstairs loo had no toilet lid Other reviews mentioned cobwebs & the place seeming a bit ‘tired’, I’d agree with some of that but it didn’t stop us having a wonderful time & a few cobwebs don’t bother me, everything else was clean and we’d love to return .

Great house for our family holiday - lots of space, comfortable and amazing views! Lots to do in the surrounding area too - enjoyable walks into Herne Bay and Reculver a highlight for us. Maggie was responsive and helpful throughout.

Beautiful home in a fabulous location close to all of the fabulous local shops and restaurants. Nicola was extremely helpful and accommodating. We highly recommend a stay here!

Everything just seemed a little bit better than expected. The photos understated the space (usually the other way round). More tastefully decorated than I've come to expect and the kitchen equipment and even crockery was a notch up on Airbnb expectations. Plus the beach is so easy to get to. Just walk in a straight line for 300m and you're there. Plus a co-op right round the corner for supplies.

We had an amazing weekend in Brighton! The place was perfect for our group of 12. Would definitely recommend for a large group it was really comfortable and the hosts were so helpful and very responsive

What a lovely place! I travel frequently for work and this is one of the nicest homes I’ve stayed in. So much nicer than staying in a hotel. Beautifully decorated, well maintained and spotlessly clean. Big thanks to my lovely host Rob who was super helpful and made sure I had everything I needed. Will definitely return.

What an amazing place, Seasalter Cabin provided us with a “home” to stay for 4 days. There were lots of options if you want to eat out, or cook! We love your kitchen and that dining table. Feeling energised and chilled afterwards. Thank you!

Jonathan was a great host who quickly responded to any messages. The house is well equipped and had anything you need for your stay, great clear instructions for any appliances etc.

Great place. Just like the photos. Johanna super helpful at every step. Easy access. Peaceful place and easy walk to main sites. Parking in price a bonus given parking restrictions throughout the Town. I found it easy to park in the allotted zone. Mostly outside or just outside house. Would deffo go straight to Johanna’s house next time. It was great for two of us and my guess even better place /value for family. Thanks Johanna

We were a family party of 7 who meet up the same time each year. This accommodation was just perfect - literally had anything you need. We were lucky with the weather and managed to have 2 BBQ in the lovely garden. Would definitely stay here again

Ben e stato oltre la professionalità e cortesia, perfetto. L' abitazione, è ubicata in posizione perfetta tutti i servizi tutti i trasporti e diversi negozi tutti a massimo 10 minuti a piedi. l'abitazione stessa è molto confortevole spazi divisi perfettamente e molto funzionali, soprattutto il barbecue a detta nostra utilissimo, trovato Pronto, con gas attaccato ed attrezzature specifiche. grazie ad amici oltretutto abbiamo recuperato una carne davvero molto buona ed organizzato un pranzo di Pasqua nel cortile a nostra disposizione a dir poco eccellente. ben non ha sbagliato un colpo né mancato una richiesta ed è stato gentile sia nella fase di arrivo che nella fase di partenza. consigliatissimo sotto ogni aspetto sia per la persona che per l'ubicazione che mette a disposizione. sicuramente un riferimento per i nostri futuri soggiorni

We hadden een prachtig verblijf. De ligging van het huis is schitterend. Zicht op zee en de duinen zijn je tuin. Het huis is heel licht en mooi ingericht. De verhuurders waren zeer vriendelijk en onmiddellijk bereikbaar. Onze kinderen hadden het er ook helemaal naar hun zin, zo dicht bij het strand. We hadden ook heel mooi weer :-)

I had an amazing stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and super comfortable. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, making check-in and check-out a breeze. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Airbnb experience!

The property is very well kept and feels more like a home than an Airbnb. Plenty of space to park and a comfy bed for all that stayed. We had an issue with leaking water above the boiler but Sat and her team of maintenance guys came around straight away and resolved the issue promptly. Sat is extremely responsive to any questions or queries. Wouldn't hesitate is choosing this property again if I'm working in the area.

Isabella is really friendly and helpful. Her place is absolutely stunning and very peaceful. She was so kind I decided to extend! I had everything I needed and she was always on hand to help if ever I needed information. The little touches my son really appreciated like the toy figures left and the tent in the sitting room Also the tales and music was great too! A very easy place to find and looks exactly like the photos if not even better. Thank you 😊

Lucy was super friendly and responsive to our messages, even giving us recommendations for local dog walks to help tire out our energetic golden retriever. The downstairs living area and 2 main bedrooms were really spacious, comfortable and well equipped with kitchen equipment, towels, toiletries etc. Plus a fantastic walk in shower en-suite and outside areas to relax in too. All in all a great stay!

Fantastic place to stay. We were 11 adults sharing and there was plenty of space for us all. The garden was much bigger than expected. The area was very quiet and even had a lovely welcome from the nextdoor neighbour who asked if we needed anything. Camber beach is literally across the road, and we used the bus stop opposite to get into Rye for £3 each. Ross was very prompt in responding to my queries and provided lots of friendly information. I would happily stay here again and think it was an absolute bargain! Thanks again!
