Beautiful apartment in a great location. Great breakfast was included at a nearby cafe. Wifi was a bit unreliable.

A really lovely, pristine apartment 15-20 minutes walk from central Heraklion. Gorgeous pool, (though weather meant we didn't spend too much time in it!, beautifully presented and all amenities we required. Host was very responsive and came over very quick to sort out our initial issue with connecting to the internet.

אולגה הייתה זמינה עבורינו לכל מהרגע הראשון של ההגעה (ולפני!) מסבירת פנים, ומקצועית. היינו עם הילדים וקיבלנו מענה לכל עניין בצורה הטובה והמותאמת ביותר , בין אם המלצות למה לעשות באזור, עניינים טכניים ומה לא.. הדירה נקייה ומאובזרת, עם צוות מתחזקות מקסימות. המיקום נהדר ושקט (על אף שממוקם בלב העיירה) קרוב לסופר, מסעדות וחוף הים הכל במרחק הליכה של דקות, נעים, נוח ובטוח. אחרי שהמשכנו למקום אחר החלטנו לחזור אליה, כי הכל היה כל כך נעים וקל בתקשורת מולה. חוויה שאפשרה לנו לגמרי להינות מהטיול עם ערך מוסף. אישה מקסימה שניכר ששירות אצלה הוא ברמה הגבוהה ביותר, איכותי ונעים. הכי ממליצים להגיע אליה! חוויה של הנאה ודאית מובטחת! שמחים על ההזדמנות להגיד שוב תודה רבה לאולגה והצוות שלה על הכל, בהחלט לקחת חלק משמעותי בחווית הטיול הנפלאה שלנו🙏🏼💫

Un magnifique séjour passé auprès d’Eleni. Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances grâce a ses conseils et sa bienveillance. Eleni est une merveilleuse personne avec le cœur sur la main. Si cela était à refaire,c’est sans hésiter que nous retournerions chez elle. Nous somme ravis d’avoir fait sa connaissance, et nous recommandons à 100% ce lieu pour votre séjour en Crète. Great place to stay. I stayed for 3 months over winter season, whole family and team made me feel very welcome and were very accommodating.

Logement conforme et encore mieux en vrai. Rien à redire tout était parfait et à la hauteur. Beaucoup de petits restaurants ce qui est un plus après une longue journée. Yannis est un hôte réactif et pleins de petites attentions :) Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !

Huset var fantastisk fint, fresht og smakfullt. Møblene og utstyret i huset var også meget moderne, og alt fungerte som det skulle. Vertskapet bor i 2. etasje av huset, og vi hadde hele 1. etasje med hagen og bassenget. Til tross for at de bodde i samme hus, var de veldig diskré, og det ble ikke noe problem for oss. Alt var pent, rent og av god kvalitet. Ved ankomst fikk vi en gresk salat og en flaske olivenolje, som var både overraskende og veldig hyggelig. Huset ser like fresht og pent ut som det gjør på bildene, men beliggenheten er ikke den beste hvis man ikke har bil. Vi hadde bil, så for oss ble det ikke noe problem, men vær oppmerksom på at det ligger ganske langt unna utesteder, shopping og sentrum. Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold og en deilig ferie, og vi er meget fornøyde med valget av feriehuset vårt! :-)

Wir waren super zufrieden. Sehr schöne, komplett ausgestattete Wohnung. Unkomplizierter Check-in und sehr nette und schnelle Kommunikation mit Maria. Sehr zu empfehlen!

This is an incredibly lovely home from which to explore Rethymno. We are a family of 5 and felt very comfortable here, with plenty of space for us all. We were especially grateful for the air-conditioning across all floors! Thank you Lena and Mr Paraskevas for your exceptional hospitality.

Parfait séjour. La villa est magnifique, très propre et agréable. Située a 15min en voiture de Rethymnon. Parfaite pour explorer la partie Ouest de Crête. Vue magnifique. Maison très facile à vivre. Piscine et Jacuzzi (2 places) au top. Ménage fait à mi séjour. Un de nos meilleurs séjours.

We enjoyed our stay, with 3 kids under 3 it was a great fit for us. The kids loved the pool and all of the floats available as well as the play area and exploring the garden. We paid extra to heat the pool which meant the kids were happy to spend lots of time in it - definitely worth it if visiting when it’s a bit cooler. There was plenty of space inside, a very well equipped kitchen and storage in bedrooms for everyone. The laundry room came in handy and they left us lots of food on our arrival which meant we didn’t have to find a market which was very helpful. It’s a short walk to the local village with 3 nice tavernas, we had great meals at all. We hired cars and it’s around 20 minutes to Rethymon and 1 hour to Chania, I would recommend visiting both. Some small issues with the stay such as housekeeping not visiting in our 5 days so we had full bins and no information on where we could empty them. Also a few broken items, however Elizabeth was very quick to respond and rectify.

This characterful house in the old town was perfect. Location was ideal. Katerina our host could not have been more helpful. Her house is beautifully fitted out with all home comforts. Strongly recommend this to others visiting Rethymno

Een super mooie, schone & gezellige villa waarin alle faciliteiten aanwezig zijn! Echt een pareltje! We zijn zeer gastvrij ontvangen door Nikos. We hebben genoten van onze morning koffie’s op de veranda in de ochtendzon en van de mooi verlichte jacuzzi in de avond! Vooral ook in de koelere maanden op Kreta is dit huis echt een aanrader omdat het binnen echt goed te verwarmen is door de krachtige airco’s. En het warme water van de jacuzzi (39 graden) is fantastisch in de winter! Het huis ligt zeer rustig en centraal op loopafstand van de winkeltjes en restaurantjes in Pitsidia en slechts op 5 minuutjes rijden van Komos Beach en Matala! Een TOP plek…wij gaan hier zeker terugkomen! Dank Nikos!

The villa is lovely and has everything you need for a holiday. Clean and well maintained. There was extra cleaning during the week. Great view of the sea and the mountains. The cars passing on the main road, which is 100m below the villa, create a slight noise, but it is not unbearable. Maria is a great host and despite the late evening time of arrival she was waiting for us with a smile. She took care of us all the time and gave us valuable advice. There was a problem with the dishwasher, which was fixed the next day as soon as I informed Maria. We had a great week and would come back again.

Der gesamte Buchungsablauf war bestens. Wir wurden immer rechtzeitig kontaktiert und sogar als es einen unerwarteten Streik gab, bekamen wir dazu Informationen. Zwischendurch erhielten wir immer mal eine Nachfrage, ob alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit ist. Ein perfekter Service! Vielen Dank an alle Mitarbeiter von Etouri. Die Unterkunft selbst übertraf unsere Erwartungen. Es war alles perfekt und vor allem die Einweisung vor Ort wurde von einer sehr netten Dame durchgeführt. Die Gastgeber Pantelis und Pelagia selbst waren so herzlich, äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sie haben sogar für uns ein landestypisches Essen zubereitet, den Kühlschrank etwas aufgefüllt und uns noch mit frischem Obst und Gemüse, einer Flasche Wein und Raki überrascht! Auch ein selbstgemachtes Dessert und tolle Abschiedsgeschenke haben wir erhalten. Mehr geht nicht. Perfekt. Wir sind sehr dankbar und können die Agentur und die top gepflegte Unterkunft zu 100 % weiterempfehlen!

Le logement correspond à la description, tout était propre et bien rangé. Antonios avait laissé de quoi manger et boire pour notre arrivée, une délicate attention. Je recommande sans hésitation.

Katrina’s place was very well designed with a flair of modern touches and elegant finishes. we loved how every area was functional - including the patio. Inside, the bedrooms were well designed and had comfortable beds. Kitchen was stocked with coffee pods and other basics. It also had filter water. overall our stay was very short and we could not enjoy all the amenities, we were hoping we had stayed longer.

The apartment is one of the best in a city of many, many airbnb apartments! Very nice, roomy modern convenient and tasteful. Particularly enjoyed the excellent coffe machine. Everything is top quality. Superb balcony. Ioannis is extremely polite nad kind, responds immediately. My best airbnb experience in Greece!!!

lovely modern clean and comfortable unit. Very nice kitchen with nice glassware, dinnerware etc. Every detail considered. Bag with towels and mat for beach, snacks, local honey and olive oil, face masks and lots of extras. Ten minute walk to central Heraklion and five minutes to water. close to supermarket and cafes. Bed was a little firm for me but comfortable. The glass doors to bed area were not sound proof but not an issue for us. Definately recommend for city stay in Heraklion.

Perfect place in the right location. A little too much clutter and outdated but that’s just the family’s style. Perfect for a few days. Free parking, wonderful host!

They have everything in the kitchen, even paper towels and baking sheets, which makes cooking a possible thing. The rest of the apartment is also clean, organized and delightful. The sea is within a walkable distance. Hosts are responsive and friendly. I’m glad that I chose to stay there.
