Located in the small Istrian village of Šivati, the villa offers privacy and relaxation for the whole family. In front of the house is a large pool (52 m²) with sun loungers and a sunbathing area, while the sauna and jacuzzi provide extra luxury. Villa Dolina accommodates 10 guests in four spacious bedrooms with four bathrooms. The villa is air-conditioned, with free WiFi and private parking.

Kuća za smještaj 4+1 osobe u mirnom selu udaljenom 20 minuta od Rovinja i drugih poznatih odredišta. Cijela kuca ima podno grijanje i u zimskim mjesecima je vrlo ugodno boravit u njoj. Kuća ima 2 spavaće sobe, svaka soba ima svoju kupaonicu, u dnevnom boravku se može smjestiti još 1 osoba. Kuhinja je opremljena sa svim aparatima a na terasi uz bazen je i vanjska kuhinja sa krušnom peći i roštiljem. U dvorištu je bazen 8x5m i jos jedan objekt u kojemu je sauna i još jedna kupaonica.

The house was completely renovated in 2020 using only natural materials and respecting the Istrian cultural heritage. A beautiful swimming pool stands out on the spacious garden. Every detail was carefully taken into account when arranging the house.

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
