Welcome to our quaint apartment nestled in the wooded area of Sweet Acres in Gorgeous Prescott, Arizona. This tranquil setting is sure to be conducive to rest, and renewal. Although it's a short 5-7 minutes from Downtown, It is a great place to retreat for some time away from the bustle of city life. It is a perfect stop for those weary from travel days. Given that we are in the woods, cell phone reception in the area can be spotty. However, wifi is strong and can be used for social media calls.

Spacious 972 sq ft over the garage guest apartment is all yours! Close to downtown Prescott headed northwest 7 miles (15 minutes) to a private gate. The gate opens and you’re in the National Forest where your retreat begins! Inside is a comfy cal-king bed, full kitchen and bath, laundry, two eating areas, two sitting areas, desk, pellet stove, mini-split heat and cool. You cannot book this apartment automatically. You must communicate direct with the owner. Non smoking, non-drinking guests.

Rustic & cute private guesthouse on a 5 acre horse ranch! Located very close to all the popular northern AZ places to visit! This is the country - if animal sounds or the occasional bug or fly bothers you, this is not for you ;). There is no WiFi out there - BUT there’s a Roku TV - it REQUIRES a hot spot. Mobile phone hotspots work well. No dogs allowed without advance approval. If you desire a week-long or more stay, send me a message & I’ll see if I can accommodate you at a discount.

Located in a manufactured home development with private roads, plenty of room to park larger vehicles. Cozy newer home to use as home base or relax with the family.

The Painted Lady

This 950 square foot bungalow - newly renovated - is set into our beautiful, peaceful ranch/meadow surroundings. It is fully equipped for self-catering with kitchen/dining area. Spacious open-space style (see photos), with large porch, a beautiful pool, hot tub, barn with hens, mini donkeys, and 2 llamas, and our two beloved Golden Retrievers. We are only 25 minutes from downtown Prescott with all its amenities, and then back home to the quiet, and amazing starry skies of Skull Valley.

Orchard Vacation Home

This pre-fab home was built in 1984, but completed an ultimate renovation in 2020. The home has central heating & air conditioning, plus two mini-splits to supplement. The home is only 1.5 miles from downtown, and is central to all Prescott attractions including the rodeo, lakes, hiking, museums, Whiskey Row, and shopping. As you can tell from the photos, the home has undergone a complete renovation with new drywall, flooring, kitchen and bathroom cabinets, doors, appliances and furniture.

Beautiful cabin in Prescott. Quiet and peaceful setting in the Groom Creek area. Only 10-15 minutes to the downtown Prescott and Whiskey row. A few minutes from tons of hiking and Goldwater lake for fishing and kayaking. At over 6,200 feet of elevation enjoy the fresh air and cooler temperatures. Perfect location to unwind and enjoy viewing the abundant wildlife. Large deck with a grill and outdoor table for al fresco dining and enjoying the amazing weather. Perfect family getaway.

Walking distance to Courthouse/Whiskey Row, about 1.25 miles & Prescott Resort 1 miles. 4.1 miles to Watson lake. Equipped with a full size refrigerator, induction cooktops, oven/air frier, dishwasher, microwave, dinnerware, drinkware & utensils. Also provided are kitchen, and bed & bath linens. Additional pillows, blankets, towels, pack-n-play, iron, picnic basket & more available on request

Come fall in LOVE with Whiskey Row's Greenhouse. This unique home is one block from Whiskey Row, only a short walk to all your favorite restaurants, bars and shops downtown! This one bedroom one bath was fully renovated to perfection. (an additional guest or kids can sleep on the couch if needed).
