We spent three days at Daniel's place and it was perfect for staying in Fort William and accessing nearby areas such as Glencoe. The apartment was very clean, beds were comfortable and the kitchen and parking were great to have. Best was that we were a family of 4 with two teenaged children and everyone liked being independent. The location couldn't have been more walkable. Even though right in town, it was also quiet. The entry hallway could be spruced up a bit and better smelling but that's it! We had one issue when my daughter tripped a breaker with her hair dryer. A reminder to get a converter as well as an adapter if coming from the US. Daniel responded immediately with where the breaker panel was located.

Nous avons passé trois nuits fabuleuses dans l'appartement de Sarah. Outre la vue (aussi magnifique que sur les photos), il est grand, confortable et particulièrement bien équipé. Parfaitement situé pour rayonner dans les Highlands, bref à recommander sans hésiter !

Sarah was very responsive and helpful when Airbnb cancelled our reservation by mistake. She also met us on arrival and showed us around her place which is even nicer than the pictures. She is an engaging and lovely host. We highly recommend a stay at her place.

This place is quite special: the Apartment is in the oldest Part of the converted Abbey. It is very large, nicely furnished with extremely comfortable sofas and beds and has a very nice kitchen and bathroom. But this isn‘t all, there is the swimmingpool, gameroom etc. that you can use - even though the place was pretty full we hardly saw other people and did not hear anything from them in the flat. The absolut greatest thing about the place is it’s location right on the Loch Ness, tranquill and beautiful.

We really enjoyed staying here, lots of entertainment right outside with the swing bridges, boats and trains! Lovely views of the mountains and pleasant walks. A trip up the cable car and train to Mallaig not to be missed. Nice local pub nearby too! The cottage was very comfortable, good shower, super bed and log fire for chilly nights. Highly recommended!

Für uns war die Unterkunft von Don ein echter Glückstreffer und ideal für unsere Touren. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt und den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Aussicht auf Loch Harport beim Frühstück, das "The Old Inn" mit Livemusik, der kleine Community Shop fast über die Strasse, die ruhige Lage, gute Literatur über Schottland und Skye und natürlich Don, dem keine Frage zu viel war, einfach super! Dankeschön!!!

This is not a house, it’s a home. It has everything you need for the family to be comfortable right from the moment you arrive with something for everyone. Standout for the young children a fab garden with an awesome trampoline. Standout for the adults space and comfort to totally relax. What takes it from great to exceptional are the thoughtful touches …… and there are a lot but it’s most of all the welcome and hospitality of Kay our host who kept in touch to make sure all was well and gave us brilliant tips on where to go suitable for each of our parties needs. Elizabeth’s Airbnb is an absolutely amazing place to stay. It is secluded, beautiful and so incredibly comfortable. The view is stunning with the lake nearby. The kitchen is very well equipped with a two lovely bathrooms and two big bedrooms. The lounge area is very comfy as well. Would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful, modern and perfect stay in the beautiful mountain countryside of Scotland. We wish we didn’t have to leave. What a wonderful find this place was. Tucked away in the most beautiful part of Scotland. When you wake up in the morning the view out to the sea, the living room has a large window looking out to the water. Log burner for getting cosy after a day out exploring. Kitchen and Bathroom also very modern! Debbie was wonderful aswell, the moment booking was accepted she was in contact making herself available for anything that we needed before getting there. Plenty of recommendations of where to explore/eat too. Overall the place & the host make this place a must book for anyone looking at this, we'll definitely be back!!

We LOVED our stay here. As others have said, the views are just incredible every direction you look! It was amazing to watch the sunset looking out to the loch. We walked into Dornie a couple of times and drove over to Skye very easily. Amazing location and sooo beautiful, would not hesitate to recommend or come back ourselves

The location was perfect. It’s quite hard to find a place if you don’t make reservations in advance (even in April) so keep that in mind. The place was lovely. And Fiona was very responsive.

Beautiful surroundings, perfect base for our weekly stay. Had everything we needed for meals in, spacious rooms. Homely feel. Couple of lovely restaurants up the road and local shop for convenience. The most picturesque view overlooking the harbour.

The location of the apartment is fantastic, with a beautiful view of the harbor. It’s just a short walk to the shops, restaurants, and grocery market in Portree. It’s public parking but we always found a spot close by. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable. It was a great home base for us as we explored the island.

Had a short but great stay. Used Lyn’s accommodation as a base to walk up Ben Nevis. Nice and close to Fort William and the start of the ascent. The accommodation was super clean, comfortable, warm and cozy. Thoroughly recommend.

What a magical and unforgettable place. We had the most incredible stay, with everything we could ever need for comfort, fully equipped kitchen, warm welcome from the hosts, and magical views every morning and evening. We even got to meet the cutest puppy ever! If you seek that feeling of being at the end of the world, surrounded by pure and unspoiled nature, mountains, and sea, this is the place to be. We were very lucky to have great weather for incredible hikes at Torridon Hills, which we highly recommend to anyone who loves mountain hiking. This is the place that will stay in our hearts forever.

Exactly as described! In a great spot, within a few mins drive from central Fort William, but far enough to be quiet with great views. Clean and has everything you need.

Fantastic stay! Idyllic views of the ocean, very quiet and peaceful. I think this is the most beautiful AirBnb I have ever stayed in. Aside from the amazing setting, the house itself is very spacious and comfortable.

Wir haben es sehr genossen in der tollen Unterkunft auf Isle of Skye. John and Ann waren sehr zuvorkommend und haben uns beim Einchecken alles gut erklärt. Die Unterkunft ist eine gute Ausgangslage für Reisen in den nördlichen Teil der Insel oder in die westliche Region. Wir waren mit der Wohnung sehr zufrieden, ausser dass die Fenster leider mehrheitlich Dachfenster waren (es gab im Beschrieb auch einen Hinweis dazu). Wir haben dies aber etwas unterschätzt, da die Aussicht nur genossen werden konnte, wenn die Fenster geöffnet waren und man davor stand. Ansonsten eine sehr tolle Unterkunft.

Mooi en netjes appartement. Alles aanwezig in de keuken. Parkeerplaats voor de deur. Half uur lopen van het centrum langs een drukke weg is een klein minpuntje.
