Only 4 minutes from Lakehead University, the Hospital, Auditorium and many more amenities including restaurants and grocery stores. This cozy basement apartment is the perfect rest stop to suit all of your travel needs. Just steps from the driveway is a large park with walking trails alongside a beautiful river! We are also a nice walk away from Hillcrest Park which is an iconic lookout in TBay. Minutes away from the downtown district. There are multiple bus stops close by for your convenience.

The Superior View House is your quiet escape to the North Shore. Located just 1 mile from access to Lake Superior, 1/2 mile from the Superior Hiking Trail and 10 minutes from Grand Marais this entire home is an excellent place to set up for a long weekend exploring the Northwoods. The cozy fireplace and large airy living room make for comfortable ways to spend the evenings or days when the whether isn't cooperating, otherwise the three outdoor decks and wood fired sauna are the places to be.
