Welcome to our structural masonry guesthouse cottage in the heart of Downtown Bentonville. You'll feel like you're stepping back in time into a historic building made entirely out of brick, but our backyard cottage was completed in 2023 as a labor of love and hospitality. Enjoy direct access to Park Springs Park and trails at the end of the block, or a short walk/ride to the Downtown square. We live in the main house on the property, but designed the cottage to maximize guest privacy. Welcome!

The Razorback Greenway runs along the side of the property. Crystal Bridges Musieum of American Art is a mile walk or bike ride north on the Razorback Greenway. The Walmart Home Office is 1.2 miles away and no major roads to cross to get there.
