Lakewood Guesthouse

4.0 Miles to downtown Denver. A small studio house with a full kitchen and small bathroom. Walking distance to the lightrail station, and Sloan's Lake. While the house is nothing fancy, it is comfortable, close to downtown and a close drive to the mountains. The neighborhood is not particularly walk friendly to restaurants and bars, but a very quick Uber to the city. A couple of my favorite places close by are Westfax Brewing and US Thai. 4/20 friendly outside house.

Cozy cottage near the lake

Keep it simple at this centrally-located cozy tiny house. Private entrance on side of house with your own fenced in area. Across the street from a park and 3 minutes to the lake. This is affordable yet close to down town. You can walk, use public transit or rent a scooter, or Uber. 2 twin beds! Checkin is 4pm or later only. We are close by if you need anything. Sorry no cats. Refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, iron, and patio.

Carriage House on the alley

Carriage house on the alley. Denver Short Term Rental License No.: 2019-BFN-005180. Quiet neighborhood close to downtown, the sports venues and Meow Wolf. Walk to Sloan's Lake, Edgewater, Berkley and Highlands. Sleeps up to 6. Queen size adjustable bed in bedroom, Queen and Full size Lazy-boy sofa sleepers. Base rate is double occupancy, small charge ($10) for each additional guest. Off street parking for two cars right at the door.

Cozy up in this recently designed, entirely private mini-suite in the ideal Sloan's Lake neighborhood, perfectly located for exploring the best of Denver. Quite small and ideal as a solo traveler’s nest, but can fit two in the queen bed. The walking space is tight, but the room is curated specifically to help you feel at home: fridge/microwave, books/games, work desk, shoe bins, coffee bar, and a gorgeously designed bathroom!
